  " can there be such a thing as a composite slave?

  seven hundred years before christ, jehovah referred to the entire nation of israel as "my witnesses" and "my servant whom i have chosen.

  Sorry, but I don't see how the quoted paragraph supports your conclusion.

  The argumentation seems to me to be explaining how the Watchtower can claim a group (plural) can "fufill" or be
  "pictured" (in Watchtower parlance) to a "slave" (singular). This line of thought is not a new one.

  What am I missing here??

  well, some of you may have read my thread under the relationships topic that i am ending my three year relationship with my live-in because of his drugging and partying.

  i want to share some memories of happier times i had before i met this guy..............just feeling like walking down memory lane tonite...........so bear with me, and maybe enjoy seeing into my soul a little.......................this picture is when i was dating a guy with 3 kids..................this is a picture of his youngest and middle girls in my hot tub here at the apartment complex............

  Should obesity be a DF offense?

  a headline on today's usa today says that obesity is the #1 killer.

  if being fat is such a health risk (like cigarettes), why don't the jws disfellowship people for being obese?.

  i know in some cases, people gain weight due to medical problems that are hard to control.
