  "it seems that resurrected ones of the 24-elders group may be involved in the communicating of divine truths today.

  " (the 24 elders = "anointed christians in their heavenly positions".).

  Can anyone scan this?

  Just checked in Jeff. I need to work out how to scan a document and I'm very busy for the next few days.

  This whole WT is a bit of a 'gem' so would be worth getting your own copy if you could. Maybe a poster near you who is still going to the meetings wouldn't mind getting a placement??

  If no satisfaction by the end of the week, I'll give the scanning a go.

  so, it was my daughter's birthday on the 2nd of february.. she is being raised jw and i sent her an email birthday card.. i get this note as a response: (mind you, it may be from her mother).

  She sent a letter from her mum's workplace. Was it in her handwriting? Why would she send a letter when she can send an email? Sounds like it wasn't her idea.

  i received this in an email from a jw today.

  i know the person who sent it, i used to be in his congregation, and he suggested i put it on my site.

  i assume he was joking, it certainly isn't going on there, but i thought i'd share it with you guys.

  John managed to buy her a second - hand TV and Video, though this meant he had to work even more hours

  John must have got ripped off then - people are throwing out their videos and surely someone in the congregation could have given them their old TV that was being replaced by the lastest LCD model. No, they were basically on their own.
