  it seems as though many people come to this board and leave in a short space of time.. it's a pity.. there are people on this board who are very nice and polite even when discussing various views.

  this leads to understanding and concern.

  Blessedstar, I don't quite care for your definition of what constitutes a nice person. If that's how you REALLY feel then you're a bigot.

  If you find that offensive then ditto, because i have lots of friends that swear, don't or do believe in a god, or tell me i'm a jerk if i act like one..which we all do from time to time. They, my dear, are nice people. Your world is not where i would like to live. You also lament about people who don't visit the forum as often as YOU think a person should. Well i've just joined a few days ago, but you can be sure that i won't be reading your posts again to read your small minded views.

  in today's new york daily news mohamed al fayed, the father of dodi, who died in that paris tunnel along with princes di, is quoted as saying the the "nazi" prince philip, prince charles' father ordered a british secret agent to kill the couple.. do you believe there is any truth to this, or is this a greiving father grasping at straws to reconcile his son's death?

  Here's another Brit to give you an opinion from nearer to the 'dark rumblings' over here. I largely concur with DB and BEE. But i'm pretty bloody sure that she WAS murdered, BEE has outlined the main reasons. Yeah....a Moslem monarch? That would have been a real posssibility. Also at that time Diana was taking ALL the media spotlight away from the Royal family with her very noble humanitarian work, particularly the 'land mine' stuff in Angola. The Royals treated her like shit!! Charles always loved Camilla and still does. Diana was simply a baby machine. Real sad.

  Ignorant arseholes

  Women or men for that matter that think they're better than you (the class system), snobby bastards. People who aspire to be middle class who quite clearly never will be and even if they were, wouldn't fit in. Maybe i feel that more coz i'm working class, you get the drift though.

  I liked it when i was spiritual, leading feild service groups but it's not at all easy when you feel shit. Or your kids have just thrown up all over the elderly sister in front of you. Kids and teenagers very rarely ENJOY putting themselves through all that. How crap to preach on the street where your school friends live...i'd wanna shrivel up and die.

  for the DF'd: did you confess or were you ratted out?

  looking back at the 10 or so cases of disfellowshipping i recall, i think only 1 was due to the orwellian borg spy system.

  he was ratted out.. all the other cases were actually "confessions" by people that otherwise would have gotten away with it.

  i am wondering is these percentages.

  For me it was the PO having a very keen nose for the emotional tel tale signs in the girl i'd been involved with. When he got his interogation hooks into her she cracked and 'fan' suddenly stopped working due to the unbelievable amount of shit that hit the blades. I couldn't have carried on living a lie for much longer though, being a polygraph duping liar is psycotic behaviour, sick in the head. Nobody should lie to themselves, it damages the soul,not to mention the mind.
