hi guys, i'm asking for your support as i face a frightful event...back surgery.
excrutiating pain for about 6 weeks due to the l2-3 herniation.
i have had problems only since.
Had back surgery L4, L5 discs 15 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did!!!!! Went from complete numbness in my left foot, pain in my buttocks and calf to NONE after the surgery and still feels great. Some are always against surgical methods but sometimes it is the only way unless you want to deal with constant pain and refuse to deal with it except with voodoo medicine. I have had two friends who also have had back surgery with good results. Many times those that don't listen and do what the doctor says as a part of aftercare is the problem. After exhausting other methods od treatment GET IT FIXED correctly. I'm sure you will be glad you did.

After giving 13 consecutive memorial talks at 3 different congos it probably should mean something to me!!! But it dosn't anymore. The hypocricy of the event and the organization superceeds any good it ever did in my life. So tonight I'm going to have a glass of wine and eat a slice of bread.......unleavened of coarse (maybe not!!!) and watch the Florida kick Ohio States behind in the championship game. This will be the 3rd memorial I've missed!!! Starting a new streak. My best to all.

Great info by all!!! Does the borg use tracking software or other methods to try to find you? I have lurked for years and you guys one and all helped me out....inactive lets just say for a few years, no DA or DF. I have much to share but because of high profile in a multi state area am still very concerned. I posted on thread 3801 and would like to help more. They are staying completly away from me even the Co's & Do's because of what I know about many and the "out of sight out of mind" take. They tried initially to contact me but I shut the door on them! A few who I had contact with after I stopped said they didn't want to open up a hornets nest. But we all know if push comes to shove and enough info is released they would want to "finalize my existance" in there eyes if they could get to me!

every time a circuit and district overseer visited our congregation,the elders always wanted a show of hands from the congregation to see if we would pay for their car expenses and travel.sometimes the congregation would pay for airline tickets.it was always approved.. do you know if the idea came from the local congregations to pay?
did the wts send out letters to each congregation to see if they would pay?
we know that the wts always get what they want.. it's amazing how we paid $250-$400 for each overseer visit and the wts paid nothing..
Actually these are called RESOLUTIONS that the congo is asked to approve by a show of hands after the co's/do's or visiting bethel boys come in. The congregation is not bound to approve these (but they almost always do except for the ocassional big ticket items like new kingdom halls in controversy). If a congregation would happen not to cover these expenses the co or do can turn them in directly to the society for reimbursement up to a certain annual level per written instructions to co's.........how much better for the borg if these are covered locally!

I'm here. I travel at lot for business (now I pay attention to the real important things like my family 1st, my business which is rapidly expanding and NOT the organization) and don't get on every day. It looks like a few more newbies have joined me in telling about their PAST "rank" in the organization. That's good to see as I'm sure many more did big things for the borg only to see through it in the end and that's great! The higher you go, the more you are used (or I mean recieve priviledges...sorry), and the more influential people you meet at those levels you really begin to see and hear things that turn the light bulb on that something is wrong. The publishers in the local congregation never sees these things.......and for the most part would never believe it if you told them. I have stories/conversations of DO's and other high rankers that I delt with that were aware of the key issues....UN, Pedo issue and other things and yet would virtually deny it if put on the spot. You can only take so much of the hypocrisy before you decide enough is enough which is exactly what I did and have never looked back.

You have no idea how ALL of you have been helpful in my leaving the org...........without a post.......but with your encouragement! With my families background (a couple of the annointed, CO's, and my track record......a real company guy, etc.) and my complete dedication to all that I was taught and practiced it wasn't easy, but by FAR the best thing I have done in my life! When we see the HYPOCRICY that PERMEATES this organization at it's highest levels it makes me sick and I wonder why not sooner. But that is the terrible draw of the organization and its mind numbing affect on us. It truly is a mind controlling cult that will take you over completly......and then it's to late.
But this forum is a way out for all that will listen and take advantage of it!!!
So thanks again, and I will be in touch soon. There is much more real "TRUTH" to be told!!!!

I'm looking forward to more conversation....and I do have a lot to tell. I think there are some that would be shaking in their boots at the Bethel Big House. Do to high profile, specifics in my geographical area will have to be kept to a minimum for the time being. Any suggestions? I'm all ears.
