things which are perfectly normal are acts of eating from the table of the demons.
things which are horribly grotesque and extremely unjust are branded as "righteousness".

I'll casually talk about how I worked really hard as a single mother balancing out meetings, etc, etc, "and eventually, the elders gave me back my rights."
According the February 2016 broadcast, single sisters wouldn’t remain that way very long if we would just take a humbler view and learn to appreciate our female garbage rights.
Handling other peoples' reeking leaking bathroom waste is just one of the many rights obedient wives enjoy, along with sammich' making rights and beer fetching rights.
Jehovah approves engaging in janitorial rights to attract a suitable marriage mate.

Work Christmas functions: Being a Bible Student (unbaptized)
by rulehayl inhi all,i have been studying with the witnesses for more than 6 months and regularly attend both midweek & weekend meetings, and i am nearly at the end of the "bible teach" book.
my boss is adamant i attend team christmas functions.
she knows about my studying and potential baptism next year, and has suggested that i attend and just not participate in activities like kris kringle.

They mostly likely have concerns that you’re going to preach at them in an effort to convert them to this disaster. You cannot reasonably expect them respect you as a co-worker anymore.

Crisis of Conscience by Raymond Franz, Fourth Edition 2004
Apocalypse Delayed by M. James Penton, Second Edition reprinted 2002
Captives of a Concept (Anatomy of an Illusion) by Don Cameron, Third Edition 2006
eBay can be a little sketchy with Watchtowerites scooping up the last remaining copies of CoC. I’d prefer that it remains here within the exJW community where it can be most helpful to those with family or friends still in.
Crisis of Conscience is the last revised and updated edition published when Ray Franz was still alive, purchased directly from Commentary Press.
It’s in “Acceptable” used condition: Some highlighting, binding is a little smooshed from use and storage, but all pages are intact and still highly readable. A return address label inside the front cover has been removed.
Apocalypse Delayed is in Like New Condition. Gently read, clean cover, tight binding, pages clean and intact. Only minor flaw is that a return address label has been removed from the title page. This is the one for history-lovers.
Captives of a Concept is in New Condition. Very methodical in its approach.
