Warlock it is possible that the rear axle is tweaked this can happen if you run over something large at a higher rate of speed. However I would certainly get another opinion as this very rarely occurs unless you hit something very hard

i thought with jakes help i might start something different.
since he is a master tech with 33 years experience, and ford and toyota factory trained maybe you might have some questions about your car and i could give you some good advice to save you some money.. i usually charge $80.00 for a diagnostic at my shop, so get on board and save some money sorry for the brits but i think your cars are somewhat different as far as emission controls are but mechanically the same so let the questions begin..

Kenneson also have them check your ignition coil and modulator did you have bosch plugs? Could be the cause of your problem.

Gwyneth yes there is a recall on that and it is not a fuse but something in the column and needs a pin test to find the source of the problem it could be a number of things but not anything real expensive be careful of shisters as they will try to sell you a lot you don't need or understand go to the dealer Your car is not a pos like elsewhere who is a person I don't understand as he seems bigotted

Hubert your system is an older one and auto zone does not have the right scanner for it I would suggest take it to a shop that has the advantage or snap on cartridge for your system. If your o2 sensor is out and depending on how long your check engine light has been on you may need a new cat remember auto zone sells parts not repairs and they are not mechanics. Get a new gas cap. What year is your truck?
jordon is hebrew and it means "to descend or flow"....ha~!
not very interesting, .

Mckay If you are going to tow frequently get an F250 make sure the transmission has good torque for your towing needs as it is the transmission that takes the brunt of it not the engine. Toyota Tundra has a weak transmission and many have been recalled they are good trucks but suck with towing capabilities. If you want the bazumba of towing trucks get one with the cummings diesel as they are virtually indestructable and good for 500,000 miles or more
