Got proposed to today
by hambeak ina very nice lady and very pretty who has been coming in for a few weeks now, is starting to become a fatal attraction.. she comes in for the most idiotic requests and has asked me out numerous times.
i keep giving her some excuse for not going out.. i can't tell her i am gay as that can destroy everything at work here.. any ideas?
i don't want to hurt her feelings or stop her from spending her money here as well as sending her friends and neighbors.

Any positive experiences with the JWs?
by greendawn inwe all talk about our negative experiences with the jws and no doubt most were negative but weren't there any positive experiences with some of the few decent jws around?
i recall an old jw who was of the anointed and who was very benign, knowledgable, supportive and opposed to much that the dubs were doing especially the lack of love among the congregations.
also another very good natured dub who would always reward me whenever i gave him a little help with his business.

Knew a lot of wonderful people and a lot of good times, learned how to overcome nasty folks thru the tm. How ever I learned of the loyalty to the org and the hatred and ignorance toward people who are not like them. Too bad. I resent the intolerance toward education and making a good living not wanting to be poor.

I knew I would die at the big A cuz I am gay, I knew from the time I was 10 and felt totally guilty.
I had a lot of head games played on me cuz I was alone. I am now free and 55 and feeling great. Got rid of the cult syndrome.
