some terrible flooding happening there.. i never realized that texas was so prone to serious floods and flash-floods because of the geography and weather.

it tops the stats nearly every year for flood fatalities.. stay safe, stay dry if you can and don't take any chances.

water is unbelievably powerful - whatever vehicle you have it can sweep it away like a twig.

if satan was cast down from heaven in 1914 how did he tempt jesus almost 2000 years previously?

The jw understanding is, like in the book of Job Satan had free reign to enter and exit heaven. That ended when jeebus kicked his butt out in 1914.

Ok, am I the only one thinking that instead of "small lies and bigger lies". That the impression I get is that the kid is inviting demunz by lying?

Edit: ok that was amusing when then one lie monster ate the lamp. But I stick to my opinion that it's nothing more than phobia inducing propaganda.
