Any thoughts on the real reasons for droppng the 'school"

my thoughts are.

1. they want to avoid being made to comply with any laws that come with anything classed as a "school" especially a school with children enrolled.. 2. the mid-week meeting has been dying in the ass for years and needs a revival.

i predict happy -clappy-sing-a-longs to be included in the program.. anyone else have any thoughts ??

I echo others with the "school" and young ones encouraged to participate being a strong motivator for them to change it with all the heat they've been getting.

when i left in march officially i started reading the forums here.

i had this excitement that more people would be leaving soon because of the crazy broadcasts, the crazy "new light" that the gb was dishing out, and more recently the australian royal commission lighting up geoffrey.

this past saturday i had an elder stop by to chat for the first time since i left.

There won't be a mass exodus, but I believe that they've lost most of "this generation" (lolz) of young people. They aren't staying. Eventually we will start seeing dramatic decreases even if they lie and pad the numbers.

London Bethelites Are Agitated!

a source has informed me that a relative who's in london bethel has said that a number of bethelites there are very uncomfortable and embarrassed because the branch has received "quite a few letters" querying why members of the governing body were wearing flashy rings and jewellery on some of the monthly broadcasts, but on the broadcast when the g.b.

asked for more money from the congregations - their gold and jewellery was not on display!.

will probably emerge one day wearing sackcloth, begging for yet more donations..

Wonder if that's why the Sept broadcast is late. They're spending massive amounts of time digitally removing the bling lol.

Ok, a few mistakes. "WA" could mean "Washington State" to a majority of users of this site. "RC" could mean "Regional Convention" or "Royal Commission" or "Royal Crown (cola)" LOL.

Crazyguy is going batshit crazy a Rant

yesterday some jw's came over to my house and were even being nice to me, most of the time if they do come by an elder or ms may say something but the others will not, its even hard for them to say just hello (how pathetic).

( they also do this behind my back as if i don't know).

i now realize by not being their i've handed my kids right over to them!.
