  so, why is it that we (xy chromosomes) feel obligated to grow beards once we leave the org?

  i've had a little 'chin' beard for about the last 8 years, but every year in november i try to grow the whole thing out... but inevitably i fail miserably.

  maybe my facial follicles are still jws.

  I've had facial hair ever since I left the org... just not a full beard. 99% of the folks I know have never seen me with out. It's just the grizzly adams that I can't do.

  I grow my beard. It does not grow me. Or maybe it does. I'll take your advice... I'm still chuckling over the pubic comment. Mine's definitely not THAT bad. Thanks for the advice

  I just trimmed my chin down this morning, but it's still longer than the rest. two weeks to go....

  Sense of Humor

  does anyone else think that the sense of humor we have has helped us cope?

  i was just noticing what a bunch of fun-loving peeps most of you are.. another thing i've noticed here too, people here are actually caring, nurturing, people.

  we may get a little snippy sometimes, but all in all i think we are a pretty good bunch---especially to have come out of hell to try and live a full life..
