Anyone here from New York, NY?
by NYer Girl ini'd love to know if any of the witnesses i grew up with in the city have found their way out.
i knew so many people growing up and i have no connections to my past now that i've been out for six years.
my husband has friends he has known for 20 years or longer and it makes me sad that my friends abandoned me the moment i started to show doubts.

Anyone see Transformers yet? I plan on going tomorrow

Well, I saw it yesterday and I liked it. The action was great as well as the special effects but the character development was minimal. I wouldn't see it twice for this reason. I preferred Live Free or Die hard better as well as Spiderman 3, but I am not sorry I saw the movie, it was entertaining.
I now have to see a more serious movie to balance out my karma... maybe Rescue Dawn...

Hey 38 Years
So what's with similarity between the crown and the cross in the lobby banner and the same on the pyramid?
There has been a lot of speculation that there is some sort of Watchtower (Russell), Freemason connection. I believe Charles T Russell's family was involved with the freemasons and there has been speculation that Russell was involved, maybe on a peripheral level. The images of the cross and crown seem to indicate some sort of connection. At this point, there is enough nonsense in Russell's books to realize he was kooky even without a Masonic connection.

Hey Kenneson,
I was at the grave site 8:15pm Sunday evening, the Masonic temple was closed for business. It is amazing that this part of the cemetery has no gate around it, you can ride right up to the pyramid and park on a side road.
Speaking of Tombstones, here are some pictures of Russell's about 20 ft to the east of the pyramid.
I was looking for secret writing on the tombstone but couldn't find any... then again, I forgot my infrared camera and masonic decoder ring....
I couldn't leave without getting a few shots of myself, so I posed in front of the pyramid for a self portrait... can you believe people say i look like bigheaded Rutherford????
of all the insults...

Hello betterdaze
In answer to your question, yes, Arabella Mann & Mary J. Whitehouse are on Russell’s Pyramid. Here is a picture, it is a little faint but you can make it out.
jgnat, yes the pyramid is made of panel built on top of a cement base and held together by mortar. You can see the panel seams clearly in this picture
Here is the pyramid in relation to the Masonic temple
Here is the temple up closer
And this is what I saw in the lobby of the temple on the side of the building, notice the crown and cross...
I'll post more pictures later
