What that man did to his daughter is overwheming emotionally to me...What posessed him to beat his children so viciously. It is just to depressing and if I ever saw someone doing that to a child or anyone...I would call for help and try with all my might to stop it.

oh where to start.

i will start with catching my parents digging in my trash.

my neighbor called me on the phone and thought i would like to know that 2 people were digging in my trash and asked if she should call the police.

I have an idea for you, Put one of those "rattlesnake envolopes in a shrearder bag" OR anything that pops out and makes a big noise once it is opened, like cowbells attached to the lid.. You can always take it out before the garbage man comes to pick it up the next day.

LeftBehind? I wouldn't let the watchtower org. stop you from being a family with your brother. Blood is thicker than a publishing company.

Why do the British dubs have such an animosity to Harry Potter?!

if i have ever mentioned that i've seen the movies or read the books to a witness in gb, i get the kind of reaction that used to be reserved for smurfs here in america.. i am not naive enough to not understand any discomfort with a school for witches, but this stuff is about as threatening as casper the friendly ghost.

i find the books charming, if a little long winded and formulaic.

the movies, especially the later two, tighten up the plots and jettison a lot of excess baggage.

Would you fight and possibly die for your country?

i want to put this in the right frame, as what is happening in iraq is not about dying for our countries.

so this is what i mean by this question.. if a foreign government were to suddenly invade your country.

would you be willing to join the arm forces to fight for your country, knowing full well that you may die having never been able to reap the benefits of any possible victory?

The United States has been attacked in this decade. The ones doing the attack will attack again and if they can pull it off WILL take over this government....I don't want that....and I will fight back.
