many years back, before ex-jw websites, i called on a local lady in order to design an extension to her already enormous house.
she was a young, voluptuous gal, married to a much older local business man who spared little expense in order to give his young wife whatever her heart desired.. we chatted for ages.

Personal experience:
When I was a teenager, my brother studied with a man that was raised as a witness (but never baptized) and his new wife. The man told the story of a 'demonized pocket watch' that he had received from his newly deceased father. The father was not a very good Witnesses and continued to smoke right up until his death. At any rate, this man that my brother was studying with claimed to be under constant demon attack. He traced the attacks to the 'demonized pocket watch' and placed said watch between the pages of 'The New World Translation'. Viola....no more demons. Later on, the woman divorced her husband because his was a drug addicted, philandering alcoholic (so much for the demons) and married my brother. After my brother faded, she kicked him to the curb and now she lives with her son and his wife. Never underestimate the power of a 'pocket watch'!

by wannaexit ini was reading in another forum, that a letter to the elders instructed them to speak to anybody who persists in wearing tight pants.
if changes don't happen then the instructions are to disqualify him from being a publisher but it won't be announced to the congregation.
i am am curious to see if this letter will surface.

Why do witnesses feel the need to put JW ORG on all their social media sites?
by stuckinarut2 inhave you all noticed the obsession witnesses have of putting jw.org on all their social media sites like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?.
so many put it in their bio section...like some sort of loud proclamation to other witnesses that they are righteous and spreading the message.. it's also very lazy.
now with no personal effort at all, they can just say jw.org and be "witnessing".
