JW stand on Philosophy is inexcusable!
by Pinku inpaul knew that torah with all its rituals and sacrifices did not originate with god (jeremiah 7:22; 8:8), hence he warned christians to guard against deceptive philosophy that would take them back to torah.
(colossians 2:8 compare 2:11, 16, 17) in view of the over-all view of the bible, there is no excuse to use the word philosophy with any negative connotation.
jws built their stand on philosophy based on this wrong (negative) use of the word philosophy found in colossians 2:8.. the greek word philosophi a means love of wisdom.

i can only imagine what they do off camera now!!!.
i would not have even considerd doing such a thing on the dance floor with a woman, especially if it was not my wife, and i'm not even one of the so called "annointed" smh!!!

Hey zombie dub..........there is more to this than meets the eye for some of us posting here. In the early 70's I, some memebers of my family and some members of my former congregation were 'privately reproved' for dancing in a 'conga line' at a restaurant/bar where the house band were actually witnesses. No 'worldly' people were involved. We were counseled that such a 'public display' was not bringing honor to Jehovah and to not carry on in such a manner again or risk further action. In this organization its not who you are, its WHO YOU ARE that counts.

Terry you are right on the money. I am highly critical of the NEW WORLD TRANSLATION revised 2013 (and the old one too) because of its mistranslating of words and transmogrifying certain Biblical words into 'phrases' that support Jehovahs Witnesses teachings and dogma. A case in point is the phrase 'accurate knowledge' as you have so rightly pointed out. "whose will is that all sorts of people should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth." 1 Timothy 2:4 NWT revised 2013. That statement is patently ridiculous! You cannot come to an accurate knowledge of a truth. If something is an established 'truth' it is already 'accurate in its content' . If the statement 'accurate knowledge of truth' is correct than it should be able to be proven by its being stated in converse. Who in their right mind would ever believe the phrase 'inaccurate knowledge of truth'. Second rate dilettantes, fools and amateur hacks created the NEW WORLD TRANSLATION to support and uphold their own 'crazy' beliefs.

Where is your evidence SPARKS? Your claim is highly inflammatory and defamatory at one and the same time! Did someone confess to you before they took their own life that this website caused them to commit suicide? Oh....you are aware that MANY Bethelites have committed suicide over the years. One of them was my first roommates brother. Who should we credit for their suicides since they were at the HUB of Jehovahs Organization and many took their own lives way before the advent of the Internet and Jehovahs-Witness.net and the proliferation of so-called 'apostates'?
