  Do you believe in ghosts?

  i am posting this because i know there are many people that have had experiences that cannot be explained by natural means.

  i am a ghost hunter, as a hobby.

  my hobby is to disprove ghosts.

  With my experience, my mom interviewed my sister and I both seperately, asked us if we remembered anything unusual about that house. We both talked about the exact same things, and we had never spoken about it to anyone before.

  After all, we had been witnesses. Ghosts are not supposed to exist.

  But the fact remains, that we all saw and heard the same things. I won't take the time to explain all the events, but they were real.

  You can choose not to believe, but my family knows what we saw. For years, and on many occasions. For those who refuse to believe, well, that is your choice of course, but there is something out there, that is a fact. What it is or was, don't know. But it was not from our world, as we know it.

  i did.. they are going house to house door to door in my neighborhood.. i heard the sounds of a bunch of car doors slamming and looked out my window and saw 4 cars full of jw's with bookbags and smiles.. all parked in front of my house in the no parking area.. because jehovah would never allow his people to get a ticket for parking in the no parking snow ban area whilst spreading " the good news".

  hmm, i can't think what to say to them.. should i pretend to be ignorant of what they teach and be nice or just let them have it.. i have that luxury because we have moved 20 miles away from our old kingdom hall.. any ideas?.

  I think it is time to have fun with them. How far you go should depend on their own attitude and personality.

  Guilty Fast Food Pleasures

  okay, what is the one fast food that you just love, but are a little ashamed to admit to?.

  a detective character (sue grafton's kinsey milhone) in some mysteries i read has these guilty fast food pleasures.

  just about every day she runs for miles on the beach, but then she is invariably ends up ducking into the mcdonald's drive thru with her little vw and scarfing a big mac or quarter pounder.

  Do you tell your friends your were a JW?

  last night i was out with my friends and i ran into another ex-jw.

  based on the conversation with this ex-jw, my friends could tell that i was hiding something.

  i think i will have to tell my friends that i was a jw.

  For those who don't believe in them, please read my original post, and tell me what your thoughts are on what we saw and heard. If it was not a "ghost" then what could it have been?

  I grew up in a house that had a ghost.

  I saw it, my sister saw it, my mom, and my dad (though he won't admit it.) We were all active witnesses at the time. I personally lived in the hosue for nearly 10 years, and my parents another 5 or 6 years after that.

  Never harmed us, but we saw it and heard it on many occasions. The house was old, built in the 1880's, and we were only the 3rd family to ever live in it. I think it was the original owner, as he dressed in that time period.

  I heard it walking around upstairs, when I was downstairs, you would hear it coming up the front porch steps. My mom heard it wailing the day she finally moved out. I would see it go through doors.

  I don't express to know it all, but I know what my family and I experienced for many years. Deny it if you want, but the fact is, that yes, ghosts, or whatever you may want to call them, do exist.
