Well now they have 400 people. Not all of them are below 16, but I would hate to see this county's budget being strained to the max since each child is required to have a individual hearing(s).

i reckon i would not want anything too formal, but i would want loads of people saying how great i was - i people to notice that i am no longer around, and be sad about it!

by ThomasCovenant indoes anyone know if there is a neat list of web links to reputable news corporations with details of jw child abuse settlements?.
showing links to silentlambs etc is no good of course.
it has to be cnn, bbc and the like.. .

The problem is that the news stories expire and they are put in archives that you have to pay to read or they are removed from the web. The BBC doesn't do that but many newspapers and TV stations do remove the original articles.

Thoughts on resurrection, memorial, etc
by lrkr inthis year i came to the realization that the jw memorial is primarily about death, sin, and compliance.
easter is a celebration of resurrection, rebirth and life.
just like we have come to expect from the borg- take a positive, uplifting celebration and highlight the dark aspects of it.
