12.06 KM and the "spirtual banquet" served by Jehovah
by rassillon inin concert with the previous post about the revelation book changes (and changes in general) i would like to add a few comments and reasoning points from the december 2006 our kingdom ministry.. (first) on page 1 under the heading "do not lose the love you had at first" paragraph 2 states: personal study and meeting attendance: what caused us to develop love for god and neighbor when we first learned the truth?
was it not all that we learned about jehovah from our study of the scriptures?
(1 john 4:16, 19) therefore, so that our love "may abound yet more and more," we must continue taking in accurate knowledge, digging into "the deep things of god.

Yes, OZ I have used the same reasoning....It's a man, most definatly it a man...wait it's a cat, yes yes it is most definatly a cat.....ok we are absolutly positive it is a plane, as true as if from Gods own mouth it is a plane or a mole or an acorn. The prophecy is about an acorn the spirit told us so.
Even though the scripture about the light getting brighter has nothing to do with prophecy being revealed.
If you attack them on all sides at the same time you can make them squirm like the apostate worms they are.
How do you know you represent god? We were chosen.
Why were you chosen? We were teaching bible truthes.
All the stuff you taught at that time have been changed except for things that others were teaching at the same time so what makes you different? They are part of Babylon the Great.
They weren't made so until after you claim that God chose you...and God hates a cheating scales and weights. So did God choose you and condemn them even though you were the same? No No No ...you see they taught the trinity.
And you taught that the leviathian was a locomotive, what is that scripture about accurate knowledge....So just exactly how were you different? We fortold 1914 to be the end of the Gentile Times....
You really have no idea what you fortold, have you ever read the actual articles which you claim fortold these things and see what they REALLY fortold? Well, no, but I have seen the quotes from them.
I can't believe I was such a tard
MOG....you know of whom I speak...you should know I don't have it....the damn doctor keeps stealing it from me. Unless I actually am the Doctor.
Yeah they just like El Satano have a short period of time left......you know I just had a thought.....maybe when satan was cast down he did the most dasterdly thing he could think, he took over Jah's organization by posessing JF Rutheturd. WOW I am a prophet!
SANT....yeah, I have to put on my tight bike riding underwear for salsa e merengue otherwise my excitement becomes noticable when dancing with the right woman. So go ahead and twist agian like you did last summer.

In concert with the previous post about the Revelation book changes (and changes in general) I would like to add a few comments and reasoning points from the December 2006 Our Kingdom Ministry.
(1 John 4:16, 19) Therefore, so that our love "may abound yet more and more," we must continue taking in accurate knowledge, digging into "the deep things of God." - Phil. 1:9-11; 1Cor. 2:10.
(Second) On Page 3 the insert entitled '2007 "Follow the Christ!" District Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses' paragraph 3 states in part : "Jehovah provides an abundance of spiritual food for his people." AND "This includes the spiritual banquet served at out annual conventions."
Now my question for the WTS is this
At all of those meetings and conventions where things were stated that are no longer "current truths", WHO provided these, Jehovah OR Man?
If it was man, how are we to determine if what is being preached now is from Jehovah OR from Man?
If it was from Jehovah, why did Jehovah give us in-accurate knowledge?
If you feel like I am running ahead of Jehovah's Organization I would like to say that I feel YOU WTB&TS are running ahead of Jehovah and I am instead just hanging back with Him!

What Would Make A Jehovah's Witness Decide To Finally "Get Out Of Her"?
by minimus inwhat "thing" could happen to make someone decide to leave the organization for good??

I agree with the thoughts expressed, different strokes for different folks.
I do take your question that you are asking as getting out of her mentally and not because they were horny of some such but still believed.
Some witnesses don't really know why they think it is "the truth" they just do.
Some like me have a slightly rough idea of the storyline "607-1914-chronology-1918-chosen-etc" and just accept what we have been told without checking because THEY wouldn't lie to us.
Some don't really care too much they have family/friends and they don't do much, don't study, only come so often, and only go "OUT" once a month to keep regular.
For me, it wasn't until I said to myself that I need to KNOW what I say I believe and started researching things.
Whatever it is, it has to get them to that "Well DAMN!" point.

So that I don't have to go through the trouble of writing out the whole process I will include a link that gives a fairly good go at it
http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9936_27442,00.html
It is Paula Dean from FOOD TV
The key is really the cooking process that makes it tender.
A few caveats:
Find a rub that you like and use that.
Get a BBQ sauce that you like and heat it and the pan juices together, put it on the plate when serving, nobody likes brisket smothered in sauce.
Trim "excess fat before cooking" leave some fat but if you have large pieces of really thick fat, trim that down that way it will disolve during the cooking process.
Stick with an oven if you don't have a decent pit and KNOW how to use it. This is NOT grilling.
For extra goodness make a marinade, get an ice pick and go fatal attraction on brisket then pour on the marinade and stash in the fridge for 2 days. flip after a day. When you pull it out dry it and put on the rub, continue with instructions.
cheers,

I will try to make this short
My brother has been DFed for about 17 years with a one year respit in the middle. My family has never been the kind that just totally cuts off DFed family members. We talk when they are arround but we don't associate as much as when they are in....we kinda went by our own rules. But since my brother was DFed I did not seek him out and so I only saw him once every couple of years even though he lived about 45 minutes from me.....that is not far for us here in houston BTW.
Anyway, since I have woken up to the fact that the "truth" is utter BS I thought I would try to stay in better contact with my brother. I have had a phone call or two with him where I let him know about what I had learned...(my family also had a fair game policy, that is we can talk about what ever we wanted and no one would run for the gestapo, family was family, what happened in the family stayed there) so I felt comfortable telling him. He even though still DFed still believed and I was cautious about not being too hard line. yada yada yada I tell him that if he wants he can read a book I have written by Franz (CoC).
We met, talked about various stuff, I gave him the book, he went home.
The next day he calls me a couple of times to discuss the things he read. I always leave it up to him to determine the accuracy of what he read.
As with all of us we want to talk to someone about it, he starts going through the stages....I think he is at anger right now. I had warned him that he might get mad. Especially since he has carried the burden that he did not measure up and was DFed for years and Jehovah wasn't happy until he got his life right with the little men.
He even told me, after the fact, that he was apprehensive about taking the book because "they" always say "those apostates are tricky" and he said that he felt I was either nuts or absolutly convinced I was right (if you knew me you would understand, I am not nuts). The first time he called after starting to read the book he said "I know crazy and your are not crazy"
So, anyway, He is reading the book. His guilt is gone. He is angry about many things, time lost, guilt, mistreatment by elders, no college, etc, etc, etc.
I have my brother again. He even told me that if I had any problems, since I am still i good standing and in covert mode, he was there for me and I could count on him being in my corner. Not much gets me emotional but this mad my eyes well up.
I thought I would share and thank many of the board members who by your posts have in part made this possible.
Kind Regards,

There were times when I liked service but what I hated the most was finding out that I was not fully equipped. I really hated finding out stuff I believed and was trying to teach was wrong. I HATE being wrong!

I used to hate those....not that I wore them (i am a man, man) but they just looked like house dresses or night gowns and when old women wore them and showed their white veined legs. ICK ICK ICK
And they did nothing for the girls with hot bods. ;)
On a secondary note....where did the little blond girl come from and did the Japanese women really go in service in kimonos?
