You are right. He has sent me another pm too and is just trying to get a rise out of me. This person just joined the forum and used up half thier posts commenting about my daughters artwork.
Something he said in his 2nd pm makes me think he was on the six screens call last night. I am going to keep me eyes on this person. I think their motives are no good but only time will tell.
I am feeling better now, you know how mama bears can get when they are protecting their cubs? I am calm now and told this person not to contact me anymore by pm. I will ignore their comments next time. Peace, Lil

Ashikae just pm'd me and told me my daugher has the art I.Q. of an 11 year old. WHAT AN ASSHOLE!
The only purpose in Ashikea's critique is to get me fired up. I smell a troll here. This person has only posted a few times (joined the forum yesterday) and half the posts are on this thread putting down my daughter's art?
Also Ashikae is NOT an artist, does not paint or draw in any way, just told Ashikea NOT contact me anymore.

Slandered At the Circuit Assembly & My Letter To My Mother
by headisspinning inon saturday, my ex husband went on the platform at the one day circuit assembly and slandered me in front of 800+ people.. my jw family is even up in arms because he basically lied and ruined any last bits of my reputation that i had left, the worst part is this was elder sanctioned.. i am really exhausted from all the upheaval so i will get right to the point.
the following is what i sent to my mother:.

So sorry to hear that. They allowed him to lie because that is what they do. They are always trying to portray they are something they are not. I think you are right to get out of that situation totally. I'll keep you in my thoughts.

So sorry to hear you have been thru spiritual abuse, which is what the WT and its rules does to people. I don't understand the slander part about your husband at the assembly? But if you don't want to talk about it I understand.
You will find many here who can sympathize with you. I read COC myself 7 years ago and have not looked back since. You will be in my thoughts and prayers and I hope everything works out for you. Peace, Lilly

Thank you. Some people have GIANT egos and think ONLY THIER opinion counts. If they say work is Mediocore then no one elses opinion matters. If someone else says it is good, then they must be wrong and must be supporting Mediocracy? What kind of bullsh** is that?
Its easy to be a critic, its much harder to actually produce a work of art. It takes vision and discipline and literally HOURS of hard work.
Of course my daughers work will get better after she goes to art school, but at least she is good enough to get in in the first place.

Constuctive critisism I can understand, meaness I cannot.
A stranger calling my daughter's art trash is not helping her in any way. where the hell is the "constructive" part in that?
Of course she has a long way to go , SHE IS 18!
Thats it I am done, some people are just Morons! And I mean that in the most constuctive way possible.
