  Thing is, if all scriptures are beneficial, why do they ignore old testament rules such as - no cutting of the hair or shaving? Instead the jw's make up a rule that you must shave.

  Again why are you even considering obeying mankind.?

  And as for blood, we eat it in England - it's called black pudding.

  Blood transfusions are just not wise. It is a personal health choice based on the scriptures.

  And with bloodless surgery available and the oportunity to store up your own blood for emergencies. Why would you have to even question it?
