JW, I gave you a hard time only because I thought you were an active Jehovah's Witness, I see your not, I appoligize for it and see you are only expressing your views. You have a right to do so and I see you also have issues with the witness ie, 1914, judging others, labeling people and not assoicating with them. I say take it easy, kick back and enjoy the fourm.
What do you consider not active.?

I love what my pastor friend said a couple weeks ago; "IF I SEE ANYONE ON MY CHURCH BOARD EVEN LOOKING AT ANY WOMAN IN THAT WAY YOU ARE OUT THE DOOR" He said men were not even allowed to look below a womans face, or out they go. If they were not on the board but a church member he was making it clear it was not acceptable behavior and wanted habitual lust to STOP. When you see people working to feed, clothe, shelter and care for the needy, you will not find as much evil. Evil can not pretend to care for that long, before they leave.
Boyscout leaders do all that and yet they have ben known to molest boys.

Demons are here on earth they can still possess individuals.
As for my experience it is my experience and my families experience and only my family , I and God knows it is true.

OK, I have a question if you don't mind. Of the millions of people on earth who have studied the Bible for years, why would the JWs have the correct understanding of it?
They are human and they do not have all the answers. They are not always correct.
It is each individuals responsibility to pray to jehovah for understanding of the bible and truth.
They can only aide us.
Why did all the others go wrong and the JWs find the correct path to accurate knowledge?
They teach the bible. Where as other religions don't or have their own version of the bible.
And they encourage you to pray for accurate knowledge and understanding.
Other religions don't.
Others have prayed and tried their best to live as God would like them to and yet they have found a different understanding of what God wants than have JWs.
Well that would all depend on what they have found. And I don't have knowledge of that.

I ask questions all the time. What they don't care for is if you argue or debate them.
Just ask then check out what they tell you from the scriptures.

God will NEVER shun His children..... He is a loving Father always desiring to hear from His children. Always caring, always loving, no matter what.
Apostate Kate, do you have children? If so, imagine this. You are on your annual vacation and are at some nice warm tropical beach. Everyone is nice and relaxed and happy. As a loving parent you sacrifice the chance for a quiet nap so that you can keep a watchful eye on your children playing in the ankle deep warm surf. Lovely.
Then, for some unknown reason reason, your children begin screaming for help! What do you do?

And I suppose this is what you diagnosed about the child who seen dead people too. No offense but maybe you need to reread my post. Where did it ever say my son SAW dead people?

If it were a spirit of some kind coming into your sons beroom, why would it open a door? If I were you I'd question your son more on this. Do you have children? What did the man look like? What else did he say? Did the man touch you? This story to me sounds very worrying indeed. Someone earlier said what if someone else still had a key, I think a good idea would be to change your locks, and improve your houses security. Unless all this was a long time ago? Your questions here were all addressed and resolved.
Like others have said, I urge you to keep an open mind and question everything. There are good things about the religion, but as you will find out, the majority of people on this website have been hurt by the organisation and the way it controls its people, by forcing them to shun all who are not Jehovah's witnesses, even if that includes their own families.
If you feel praying helps you, then I suggest keep praying, and look into other faiths. Also consider that maybe you don't need a religion to set you laws and restrictions, maybe you could have a healthy relationship with God and your family without anyone else telling you how to do it.
I wish you all the best in your searches, and just remember there is nothing more important than your own family, not even a God or a religion.
