someone posed this question to me the other day, and i have to say it has really had me thinking.
we were discussing abortion, and they asked me if i would have killed hitler as a baby, knowing what he would do as an adult.
i believe murder is wrong, but do you think it is justified saving others lives?
I'm not sure how a debate on killing Hitler has anything at all to do with abortion?

Well, I'm not overweight and I have no rolls of fat. But, despite that fact, those pants with super low waists look pretty bad on me. Additionally, I don't think they look particularly good on a variety of people (some, who, apparently don't know that those pants just don't suit everybody). Unfortunately, that's about all that's out there right now unless you want to shop the grandma racks, which I'm not interested in. I like the pants that have waists just a little below the natural waistline, but any lower and... um, no.
I'm sure it's much easier to just assume I'm rather pudgy and unpleasant looking...

I'm confused by this. How can they attest that Oto is not a member if they destroyed all record of him? If they don't have any record, how can they know with certainty that Oto was at one time a member? Theoretically, Oto may never have been a member but considered himself one as an "interested one" when the organization did not consider him one. I find it strange that without records, they can attest with certainty that he isn't a member- as, they could just as well attest that he was never a member...seeing as they don't have any record of him! This longtime friend decided that it would really be funny to give me a T-shirt that was three sizes too big and that said something to the effect of "Star light, star bright, I'm wishing for a good man with all my might" or some likewise pathetic phrase. Extremely bad timing and really poor taste. So far, so good on the friend scale...ugh!
Now, aside from the fact that it's bad enough that she's completely insensitive (of course, she's one of those types who is easily offended and notoriously sensitive about her own feelings)...but apparently she had forgotten that she had previously shown me said T-shirt the summer before when she was bragging that she had purchased a number of "fun" t-shirts for the amazing price of...99 cents! I guess she just got lucky that my break up was so timely that she could unload this crappy t-shirt on me!
