I grew up with many men around me similar to Clint Eastwood's character. They fought in wars, came home and had to fight to make a living. They came from hard nosed fathers who were working to get this country started. Their sons, did the same, and had it a slight bit easier but not much.

There was no room for "feelings" etc. everyone pulled their weight and you were not special because you did what you were suppose to do.

Think of the BS going on now. Pretty women are entertainment demanding attention because of the way they look, or they can get their bodies deformed with surgery demanding even more attention, paid for by their rich sugar daddy's. Self centered, never working, fools, who will soon be old and wrinkled, whining about their lot in life.

This is exactly what Eastwoods character was fighting, he rewarded the younger version of those who struggled.

people who ask me to call them and then turn out not to have a answer phone!.

people who do not have locks on their bathroom door!.

people who drive behind me, right up my backside with their headlights on full beam! Ahhhhh

Hannah Buttercup Has Deserted Us : (

a week ago tomorrow our cat deserted us.. she managed to get out and ran away.

i've gone to several places where people claimed to have seen her, but nothing.

i hope some kind soul will bring her home.. we adopted her back in april 09; she's a gray brindle with one eye much larger than the other.. this bites so much that, if the worst should happen, i don't think we'll be getting another one.. .

Sylvia, so sorry about your new pet.

If someone found the collar, it probably means she was in a fight with another cat. They tend to embed their nails and pull them off of each other.

She might be hiding somewhere and will come out when she is ready or possibly locked into some one's garage. Don't give up....We've had cats come back after 2 weeks.

today my 15 year old daughterand i went to the local craft fair, went to olive garden for lunch, then ran over to ross to shop a little, and as we were walking out of the store, low and behold, who was coming straight at us??.
