i remember when my wife were dating in 1997, my future brother in law thought that we weren't under the proper supervision and he decided to tattle on me to my bookstudy conductor. the funny part is - we hadn't done anything (that anybody knew about, at least). what a joke.

saw them in June, 2000 in Camden, New Jersey. I've seen them a couple of times before that, but that was easily the best show I've seen them put on. I'm a fan of the original trilogy - 17 seconds / faith / pornography. Bloodflowers isn't bad, i suppose, but I can't get into the lyrics at all. I like the b-sides off of WMS much better than some of the album tracks.....i mostly collect the early 80's bootlegs and stuff. Once you've heard the Tiamennan Square version of "faith" you will have heard the best CURE performance of all time.

We saw the CURE last year too....I'm not too fond of anything after WISH, but I must admit that they put on an amazing show. I never thought I'd get hear "cold" live! Amazing!

If you like Coldplay, I suggest checking The Chameleons (or The Chameleons UK as they are known in this country). Incredible stuff.
