  The World Cup and one family downunder

  who do the sons and daughter-in-laws represent (did they have children before the flood)?.

  what does the ark represent?.

  (2 peter 2:5) the true god gave righteous noah explicit instructions on how to build an ark for the preservation of life through a global flood.

  Yes i've recently started doing the mics. Thats shows how desperate they are to keep me because it is usually a privlege kept for baptized ones.

  i was doing some web surfing and catching up on my reading and came upon a post i hope may help some lurkers and seekers understand better what they are getting themselves into or may have already gotten into, by studying the bible with jws.. i surely hope it is not going against any rule to copy/paste this.

  My family are not disobeying the governing body. Every disfellowshipped 1 i know still talks to their family, the society does not say for familys to cut all attachments with them.

  I am not stupid i know what disfellowshipping is. My uncle is disfellowshipped, none of my family shuns him, they just don't have regular association with him. When you say former jw's i think of inactive jw's, make yourself clearer next time

  What is the need for that comment? Yes i am 17 why? When i here people say former jws i don't automatically think dfed ones.

  After you are baptized you will not be permitted to talk with former JWs

  Where is the truth in that? Of course you can "talk" with former witnesses.

  Well i was their on the saturday and sunday. I don't recall the healthcare talk, i don't recall many of them to be honest. The blood issue was rarely mentioned, i may dig out me mothers notes to find out what was discussed in that talk.

  Why can't you let people make their own mind up. Your the one trying too brain-wash studys into changing their mind, alot of people are genuinely happier than they were before they found the truth it isn't an act for everyone.

  0-16. My Story.

  i was raised from the womb until the age of 16 as a jw, i was never really a part of it.

  i never got baptized, by the end i hated everything about it.

  the worst part was not being able to voice any opinions i had on the religion, not unless i wanted them to fall on deaf ears and be considered immoral.

  Hi mate you sounded then alot like i am now. The difference is at this moment in my life i have no plan b and am still a jehovahs witness. When i hit 18, pass my driving test and get a job that is the time when decisions are to be made on my part.

  Finally out of Hiding

  well i finally came out and told my parents i did not believe in the wts doctrines.. for me the last straw was seeing honesty's simple clear proof of the wrongness of 607.

  'course i couldn't remember all the refs last night but now i've printed them out.. told them about the ngo thing.

  of course they said the "ebul 'postates" were twisting the whole thing.. my dad tried to "reason with me" thusly:.

  How old are you shador? I guess i am quite lucky as my parents won't kick me out if i stopped going, they did say i would be kicked out if i started doing wrong things though.
