That the GB will admit they received new light, scrap 1914, blood issue, people are better off in 2006 than 1806,Jesus died for all mankind and not just them, read the bible on your own and don't let any be the master of your faith, apostates were right all along, get an education because you cannot raise a family on $7.25 an hour, sell all the buildings they have all over the earth and devide the money to all of JW"S all over the earth.

in an earlier post here http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/6/114651/1.ashx i noted the society's "special campaign" for september, an "awake" magazine dedicated to the topic of evolution vs. creation.
there is a "special campaign" to highlight that magazine all month.. got a call from our po last night.
there is going to be yet another "special campaign" in september -- a new "kingdom news" tract.
Interestingly, Wat. always reminded us how Babylon the Great waters were drying up, churches would be closed and less membership.
just the opposite has happened , more people are going to church than ever before.
another prophecy fulfilled
i have had the feeling this year that change is underway in brooklyn, but not change that would benefit the membership or lighten their load.. this is change in response to a) economics and b) readily available information on the internet.
there was a recent post about a speaker at the dc in norway who said that as soon as some bad press about jw's goes online, it flashes up on apostate screens all around the world.. consider the cano incident and then lisa's interview with jr brown.
how many people have since listened to that information?.
They might be cash poor. In every congragation i have been to the contributions have always been very low.
At present a congr. of 160 Publishers, the contrib. the end of month they receive approx. $400 for the local and a couple hundred for the society. That's nothing considering the amount of liter. and tapes, dvd the cong. gets.
The witnesses have always been cheap, they give of their time and that's because they have no choice, have to please the society and the elders.
yes the Society might have to sell a few more buildings, don't forget also lawsuits agaist them. Very often they have to hire worldly lawyers and they are not cheap at $ 500 an hour.
over the years here on the forum...i have read with interest many da letters.

a slow-moving avalanche of rotten wood and drywall brought down a portion of the crowne plaza hotel's roof in foster city on thursday, prompting a partial evacuation and the shuttering of at least 60 hotel rooms on the eve of a massive jehovah's witness convention.. no one was injured.. ``thank god no one was under that, that no one was hurt,'' said foster city mayor linda koelling as she viewed the damage.. at least 100 people and possibly as many as 120 were evacuated from the hotel after a manager standing in the entrance and beneath the unstable roof heard creaking and witnessed the roof fall about two feet, said san mateo fire department battalion chief mike borean.. ``apparently water had been collecting in there for quite some time and rotted out the structural beams,'' said borean.. around 5:45 p.m. the beams fell another 12 feet, though by that time the entire northern side of the 350-room hotel had been evacuated and the immediate area cordoned-off, said borean.. ``it's kind of scary, kind of crazy,'' said kelly branson, a resident of plymouth, calif., who is staying at the hotel and attending a three-day jehovah's witness convention at the cow palace, in brisbane, which draws an estimated 10,000 worshippers.. foster city fire department battalion chief stan maupin said wood weakened by dry rot caused the roof to fall.. ``in general dry rot is caused by moisture getting into the wood and over a long period of time degrading the wood to a point where it will no longer hold it's own weight,'' said maupin.. about 60 rooms were shut down thursday night and will be inspected by a building official today before they are reopened, said maupin.
over the last two weeks since i posted about my wife taking me to the elders, i have been working very hard to save my marriage.
i have made arrangements for babysitting so that we can go out at least once or twice a week.
we have taken in a movie, gone for a walk, gone to the beach, gone to the museum, gone to a jazz concert and just yesterday we went to a coffee house and talked over a nice cup of joe.
Very wise on your part.

my x wants my 9 year old daughter to get baptized.
my x claims that my little girl bugs her all the time to get baptized.
i told my x no, she's too young.
I don't know of the legal stuff but remind your x that almost 80 per cent of young witnesses, Teenagers and early 20's decide to leave the truth, primarily because when they got baptized they were too young. many get DF and then rejected by their families.
Remind your wife it could happen to her daughter,why take such a chance, wait until she is at least 16 and if she understand what serving her God is all about and the consequence of ever doubting the Watchtower,then she should. No one should pressure a young one to take such a step at 9 years old.
Many get baptized because they want to carry the mikes in the cong.

now i'll have to meet with the elders and tell them about my spirituality and doubts about the wts, 1914, 1995 generation change,malawy/mexico,and on and on and my wife will be there.
i do feel sorry for my wife because she has already lost 13 members of her family, "apostasy" and some just left the truth and even though some are not disfellowshipped she won't talk to them, now her husband, is going thru the same thing, she cannot accept it because out of 31 y. in the truth i was an elder and how could that happen.

i remember when i left jw's and started going to born-again christians(bac's) churches my "atheist" father laughed at me and told me that i would eventually leave bac's because like j.f.
rutherford said "religion is a snare and racket".
he said bac's and jws are just on an endless treadmill motivated by "fear" and not love for god into going to church/kh.
Still a jw but i have other family members as Born Again. They might be closer to the truth more than Jw but with them you'll have to beleive, hell and many other things that i will never accept.
In their situation if you sneeze, it is God's will, if you get hit by a train it is god's will, Jesus is everywhere so my point don't want to jump from one set of beleif to another.
Read God's word and see what exctaly tells you, and enjoy life.
As Barbara Anderson from SilentLambs said, she is done in trying to figure out the complexity of life, it is bigger than us.
Maybe one day Jehovah will make it clear, let's wait on his mercy and if we have screwed up, well, we go back to the dust as billions of others have, put in your time, enjoy life, and do good for your family and mankind.
6000 years or 10000 years of people claiming to have the truth. The key to God, enough is enough, because of religion, mankind is so devided because they all think they are right, and JW have done enough damage in ruining people's lives in the last 140 years

the society should take millions of dollars out of their banks and sent them to those brothers and sisters that have suffered so much. Ho yes we have the truth.
They should take the whole Governing Body for making decisions like that and throw them in jail for life. Enough, by blood is boiling, i got to go

Now i'll have to meet with the elders and tell them about my spirituality and doubts about the WTS, 1914, 1995 generation change,Malawy/Mexico,and on and on and my wife will be there.
I do feel sorry for my wife because she has already lost 13 members of her family, "apostasy" and some just left the truth and even though some are not disfellowshipped she won't talk to them, now her husband, is going thru the same thing, she cannot accept it because out of 31 y. in the truth i was an elder and how could that happen.
