  in the town of ingelheim am rhein this week there is a "week of creation" (schopfungswoche).

  there are exhibitions, discussions and other things happening.

  one of the organizers is the workgroup "religious communities" (arbeitskreis glaubensgemeinschaften) of the local agenda 21, which is part of a un programme.

  hello friends.

  we've been to the district convention and heard some statistics: 6.5 million publishers, 1.3 billion hours in 2006, 28.5 million copies of the wt.

  this supposedly proves that the witnesses are the real followers of christ.

  i saw a scan only a few weeks ago, i think it was from the golden age, and it stated something completely different than what is taught now.

  i have never been a jw, but my parents-in-law are.

  i try to keep some kind of topical equilibrium in my dialogue with them, so i thought i'd ask here before i raise the subject: .

  a jw would say that only the 144,000 are god's children.
