What did they say was wrong with Hypnosis??

my doctor wants me to try hypnosis to help my sleep and anxiety.

he says it is just a matter of making your mind focus on what you want it to do.

i cannot remember what was supposedly wrong with it in the borg??

I remember hearing those subliminal self-help tapes were bad because the demons could add things in to the background.

And Hypnotism was a definite gateway. But, like previously posted, we sleep every night so what's the difference?

If the "demons" (still haven't seen them and to me it's kinda silly) wanted to get in your head, they would.

i'm almost 51. lately i've "seen" things differently.

i don't know if i can express it properly, but i thought this forum might be a good place to start.. .

when i was in art class in 10th grade, i had a wonderful teacher, mrs. brown, who once upon a lazy warm day, showed us how to start a picture with a center: circle, square, whatever.
