It's a corporation whose goal is to insure its own existence by its decisions. There is no interest in its flock, or neighborhood, or abuse victims, or elderly, or youth, or or or anything other than its own success and survival.
Heck, they are the ones that blame a 9 year old for her own abuse.
This is great stuff to be circulating on the internet. I bet more will be revealed as these real estate sales move forward. You bet the potential investors will be searching for all information regarding the WTBS corporation, good and bad, to be used to their advantage in the business transactions. It will be great if they fall into the videos of the Royal Commission...
i am sure you all remember leolaia from this board.
we used to call her leo for short.
she wrote to me requesting the 2010 or revised 2012 elder manual in swedish language.
well, ok, but targeting a german christmas market seems a little hypocritical...
SAdly, they are so out of touch that they don't realize every year the media posts articles about the origins of Xmas, etc. And the History Channel...shows are devoted to it, every year. They are stuck in their own superior arrogance with a dash of martyr to think they are delivering some special, important holiday information,
I stood on that soapbox my own self, not understanding why people would deliberately "choose" to celebrate something based on falsehoods/paganism...whatever. But I get it now. It's just a reason to celebrate. Humans enjoy the celebrations, the carving out a period of time for traditions, foods, and enjoying it with others.

Good for you park! I would have also but I don't have Fios, or newer cable options where I live. You'd think I was living in the sticks, but I'm not. Just a lower rent area that is usually last to get any upgrades I think. The guys at work have been telling me to do exactly what you did...get the best internet you can then cut the other services. I am thinking about going to the dreaded Time Warner for high speed internet, but everybody hates them, so I'm scared. I'd hate to be locked into something that was worse than what I have. I also am looking at high speed internet through my satellite dish...but don't know anybody who has it. I'm skeptical of the promises of 10mpbs, and getting .9. I bought Magic Jack but never hooked it up. I did just buy a refurbished ooma, and as soon as I can I'll set that up for internet phone. My company pays for my cell, but it's still too much for my usage. I'll get there.
Simon - are you on season one or season two of Fargo? We just finished season two this week...and it is great. The story, the characters, the direction, the music...wow. Haven't heard of Suits...I'll check it out. I couldn't get into Vikings, but I only tried it once. Outlander, interesting concept, time travel, gorgeous scenery...got ye lads and lassies...makes me curious about my Scottish heritage. A "not suitable for children" series is "The Affair." Interesting story telling as it presents different perspectives of the same events.

Oh no oh no oh no tal, I have the last episode left. Yikes. Sabin - hold on to yer knickers! I don't watch the gory parts either. And yes, the grunge is starting to get to me too.
justme- Right! primewire is the main site that I watch, for TV and movies. I'm pretty happy with it. Thank you for those links. They would be good to have when traveling.
Dunedain - it's sort of like Netflix, I like Netflix also, and it's much easier to use. But I'm going to enjoy the slashed bill by 70%. It was so frustrating paying for 250+ channels and only watching 10 or so. They have the packages rigged so that if you wanted the Classic movie channel, you had to buy up. If you wanted National Geographic or Discovery, you had to buy up. It was a waste of money, but I sort of justified it because I work hard, and good TV was relaxing to me for the few hours in the evening.
We'll see how it goes....

Oh Luther is very very very good. And of course, Idris Elba.
Very complex guy. Another BBC show Bri recommended is "Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell." I didn't realize it was on the BBC network site all this time. I'm still working on Outlander. 3 more episodes to go.
Trevor Noah is doing pretty well isn't he? I record and watch every night. Just have to adapt to searching for the show on the internet thingy.
