i think she was just angling to include me and maybe find some lever to get me involved again.
I would discuss this issue before hand with the person so that we all knew where we stand. And it would allow them to choose a different person if needed.
So it depends.
In the case of an elderly parent/relative, I would respect their wises. It would be devastating and disturbing to them to put them through this...needlessly. Yes it is the WT's fault that forces this, but I'm not going to add to it in this case and cause the great distress that it would. They have a right to choose.

If this stays up, I think maybe the WT could be behind this channel covertly. If it gets traction with numerous subscribers, it could be the meeting of the future and they can just count the subscribers as attendees to all the meetings.

Okay I just watched this movie last night. Just wow.
After what we have all witnessed with the Royal Commission, this movie hits home more than ever. You see again how children's lives are expendable, and people don't matter...only the organization...just like WBTS.
I remember talking with Barbara Anderson years ago about the other cases we never will know about. She said the same thing that was said in the movie...people will settle for a few thousand dollars just to offset medical bills or any bills really in exchange for secrecy. So their other friends, congregation members never know what is going on as they continue life as usual right along side a predator.
I highly recommend this movie.

While "legally," the whole world gets that where the law did not require them to report, they are in compliance with the law. But the whole world sees how their core is morally bereft.
