i mean , they go to all that humungous labor, build a huge box to put over the oil gushing out and wham 5,000 ft. deep it gets clogged with ice crystals.

now they are talking about a couple other alternatives in the news- all the while today haliburton, bp, and other reps are meeting with federal officials getting into a pissing match and fight over who is responsible for the spill ?

I am upset now. For the past several days I have smelt something, I couldnt make any sense of it because I rarely watch

the news or read the papers, my wife has been out of town and I'm thinking whats wrong with me everything smells funny.

Now I realize I am smelling the oil, it kind of smells like plastic or oil from a car oil change it smells everywhere in Tampa Bay.

I'm sitting at my computer ar 3:30 am and it smells like I am covered with oil, in Pinellas county Seminole florida.

I wish I had this information when I was 12 -16 years old. back in the 60l's.

Maybe I did, maybe we knew the gospels were written long after the fact back then but it wasnt registering.

For any one who doesnt want to believe in the bible or Jesus there is plenty of evidence.

I'm just not sure how much truth and reality I need at 58 years old 28 years out of the tower.

And not a church goer or affiliated with any churh or religion.

How badly do I have to know I'm coming down the home stretch alone?

Wait a minute, I just realized I have been a lone the whole trip.

she is seen threatening or attempting to hit a law enforcement officer who was doing his duty.

the officer had to hit her face.

Yknot I will say as a trained professional in Florida he could have shot her.

Thats not to say, thats what I would do.

But he was in his rights to shoot her.

All he has to say is I was in fear for my life.

And shes dead.

She was in his danger zone.

Its all on film.

She should count her blessing in Juvie tonight but I dont think she will.

I work in law enforcement in a county jail. I have been trained for the road and am considering going out on the road.

Maybe he could have ignored her, is that what the public wants?

Still it not what the public wants, its what big business wants,

in this case the insurance industry.

Maybe jay walking, I might look the other way.

Nobody can tell me what I saw or didnt see at least not until I engage.

You have to pick your battles.

THe stressful part is maybe in his muster the officer was told to crack down on the jay walkers on his beat.

Once things escalate you have the situation that we are talking about here.

Big business makes the laws and runs the country.

The insurance companies tell the police what to do.

If there are a lot of pedestrians getting hit jay walking the insurance companies are cracking down on the police to

do something.

The police serve big business.

Its a pacifier and mass controller delusion that the police or government serves the citizens.

Never have, never will.

THis is not something I am making up or have read in some book.

I have been to two police academies and thats how it works.

Business and lobbiest make laws not citizens.

In the jail I always think through what is going to happen, if I enforce this law and who cares if I enforce this law?

I dont do any more in the jail than I have to and if I go out on the road I wont do any more than I have to.

Legally in the matrix of escallation it is called maintaining controll with the least amount of effort necessary.

Thats not to say I am lazy, that is the thought process I have developed to survive in this field.

You say he could have written her a citation, I would bet she wouldnt sign for it or accept it.

Obviously she had no upbringing or respect for the law.

The majority of people that end up tangling with the law and police dont have parents or any one

to bring them up, they are lucky if the are raised by a grandmother.

In law enforcement you work your shift, try to keep a low profile under the radar, pick your battles.

I find its best not to get emotionally involved in law enforcement, I try to stay cool as a cucumber. But most

of my coworkers get very emotinally involved and upset.

Many times when we have incidents in the jail officers have heart attacks or pass out and I watch them,

its like they are full of piss and vinegar and then they go down.

We had 2 officers taken to the hospital this past week because they couldnt breathe during or after the incidents.

And they were young 20's and 30's.

IF that officer survives this event and stays in law enforcement, he will probably learn to spend more of his shift

in the coffee shop.

It feels like China here in St. Pete. Chnamen and Mexicans and a commie president.

All being taken care of on the well fare dime.

I put them to bed every night.

I will say a commie president is better than W.

But if America is going to continue we need something better.

I'm sorry if I offend you. I dont have any respect for any politicians.

Maybe America wont continue maybe we will be the North American Union.

Then after that we will have one world government.

And then Armegeddon.

I dont mean to offend you because you are just like me.

You never have or had any one to vote for just a choice between to dingbats dumb and dumber.

I never had any problems with gay people.

I have always been a musician and have alway had gay friends and played music with them.

They were right, I was wrong.

But it was anybody but Bush.

Too Much Coffee

i think i drank too much coffee.

it feels like my heart wants to bounce out of my chest.

is that good?

I work midnights 11 to 7. I drink 20 ounces of coffee a night which is about 2 and 1/2 cups.

It might be too much for me to sleep well in the morning, but its enough to keep me awake through the night.

When I was younger, I used to drink about 40 ounces a day.

When I was in my 30's I thought several times I was having a heart attack. I went to the hospital had an ekg

visited my doctor he finnally told me to cut down on the coffee and exercise more.

Coke or pepsi can be just as bad or just as good as coffee for a caffene buzz. I think there is more caffene in

Coke than in a regular cup of coffee.
