IF YOU KNOW JEHOVAH

’S DAY IS COMING TOMORROW

THE TIME IS SHORT WHAT WILL I DO?

I’LL STUDY MY WATCHTOWER

MY KINGDOM MINISTRY, TOO.

PREPARE FOR THE BOOK STUDY,

READ ALL THE SCRIPTRES

MAKE SOME NOTATIONS,

EVEN STUDY THE PICTURES!

THEN SUDDENLY YOUR’RE ZEALOUS.

AND ALSO QUITE NERVOUS,

AND REMEMBER HOW OFTEN,

YOU NEGLECTED THE SERVICE.

WHERE IS MY BIBLE?

WHERE ARE MY BOOKS?

GIVE ME MY BAG,

I FORGOT HOW IT LOOKS!

AND, OH, SO IMPORTANT,

SINCE THERE

’S ONLY ONE DAY,

TO INCESSANTLY PRAY.

They don't profess divine inspiration, in fact they directly state they do not have divine inspiration. They profess spirit-direction, or guidance of spirit, or spirit motivation. Which ... is ... divine inspiration

Actually if you look up the definitions of inspiration and directed, being directed would mean God would have greater control over matters!!

hello chumz on the board.

nothing really to do with jwism but who prefers the american 'bourbon' type such as 'wild turkey', 'jim beam' etc or who prefers a fine single malt scotch such as 'glenfiddich' or 'glenmorangie'?

i am not trying to stir up nationalism with this question but am just genuinely curious.. lfcv.

there are more cracks we will be discovering in the kingdom of the heaven in the watchtower and i am going to ask you this: if christ did return to kingdom power in 1914, then how come we are not feeling the effects of his rule at this time?

is it reason to believe that jesus return to earth will be a future event and that it will be very much visible and that we will feel the effect of his return to the earth by crushing all these kingdoms?
