We've Reached Celebrity Status!!!

being considered an apostate by just about everyone in the circuit, and now, tonight i find that the neighboring circuit is talking of our apostacy as well.

Ladyliberty I know what you are talking about it happens all the time here locally to myself and my friends. My friends and I were all high up in the Congregation and even one was an Elder that the brother was every high up looked up to by all and everyone know soon he would be a C.O. We all quit going because of the UN deal. None of us are DF'd or Dissacoiated but we are differently local celebrity's. At one time we all but single handily ran the congregation except for two old henchmen that are still henchmen.
You PMed me asking me were I live. At this time all I will say I live a few hours from you in the lower half of the circuit but know many from your area. I still feel it is safer for me to be vague. It makes it harder for the henchmen to have to assume it is actually me here on this site.

by under_believer inthis is what you hear every time there's a part on the kingdom hall construction program.
they're only possible because god's holy spirit blesses the work.
otherwise, what is accomplished would be physically impossible.

Privilege of the holy spirit my A$$ My partner in business whom by the was is very religious, his group builds very nice homes for their members in only a two day weekend. I am talking 2000 sq ft homes with all a personal needs. The grouop only has 30 members. This impresses me far more than a quick build by the BORG ever has. I have been part of several quick builds locally and all it takes is team work.

No Trespassing Signs at KHs?
by Saoirse ini drove by a local kingdom hall today and noticed that they had put up 3 large "private property/no trespassing" signs and 2 "this area under security surveillance" signs.
i haven't heard any reports of vandalism or break-ins so i'm curious as to why they would put up signs like that.
why bother going door to door if the general public isn't allowed to enter the kh?

My local KH is one of the fortress you are talking about, I live in a small town but still the Elders are paranoid about Kids playing in the parking lot areas so they make the KH look like a fortress. This is the reason for the signs and fences.

by free2beme inokay, well my mother called this evening and was all emotional about her one day assembly.
i was shocked she brought it up, as we just do not mention the religion anymore, but lately little things keep getting said at her conventions and assemblies that seem to be making this line something she wants to cross more these days.
what she brought up, was something i had not heard mentioned on here and i wanted some insight from people who actually heard it or knew more about it.

i was born into a jw family in 1981. i spent my child hood not only going to every meeting but also in a home schooling program ran by some of the congregation folks with children.
extremely cut off from the world to say the least.

My mom and dad went to this same one day assembly in Northern Idaho. What was said that in October there will be a huge track campaign that is of utmost importance. But they do not know anything more and said the statement was never said that this was the last ministry campaign. They said if it is the brothers never said that this weekend.
