one of my friends on the board said that she downloaded the 1947 awake pdf that "bereanbiblestudent and invetigator 74" posted, and in the first issue on page 26, it said that excommunication or disfellowshipping was a pagan practice.

there is some very serious camaraderie among harley davidson owners.

Your right about the street Glide, I rode a friends and it's like riding and turning a much smaller bike. I'm not crazy about the Street Glide though......
What you get depends on how you ride, and if someone is on the back. My wife and I are planning on doing some travelling on our next bike, thats why I'm going with the Ultra Classic. Plenty of storage space, and with a luggage rack on the back, you can put a good sized bag on it. Plus, its confortable for longer rides and the radio + CD player will be useful.
I actually wanted to keep my Fatboy for riding around town, but right now finances wouldn't allow it and I had to sell it.

JW's and the Military
by Evidently inthere would be no jehovah's witnesses were it not for the military forces of many countries around the world.
however they smugly utilize the freedoms that military strength grants them to propagate the notion that no one should be in the military and all should remain neutral.
if that were to happen today, we would all be members of a certain religion's more extremist side in the not to distant future.

The key is there are more of these stories involving harley's, than you can ignore. Nothing like the peace of mind of jumping on your bike and knowing it will start and get you where you want to go and back.
Ahhh, but you make the point of having a Harley even stronger.......Your Harley is like your child, when it's dirty, you lovingly clean and shine it up, when it sits in the garage for a few days, you take it for a ride to give it some exercise, you are always buying it new toys (accessories), when it gets a minor boo-boo, you immediately get it fixed, and when it breaks, you get it to the doctor (dealership) to ease its pain ...... you see Harley's have a soul, when you have your Harley customized to your wishes, it becomes part of you. You know every inch of it and can usually tell when something is wrong long before it becomes a major issue......
Also, when I ride my motorcycle its not the destination that I am concerned with, it's the journey......

The right's obsession with gays
by jstalin init's pretty funny to me the level of obsession with homosexuality that many in the conservative right wing have in the united states.
i occassionally go to a news web site called world net daily, (www.worldnetdaily.com) which is a religious conservative news web site.
nearly every day they have articles on gays and gay issues (of course, always negative coverage).

Well....why else would they be interested in being Gay. They are apart of Christendom and therefore in control of Satan.
Satan loves Gay people. In fact I would go so far as to say that Satan is actually Gay. And the real reason he was kicked out of heaven was that he was in love with Jesus..........Satan`s upset with the unfairness and is taking it out on the rest of us, except for Gay people, cause Satans Gay.
If Satan was gay why didn't he tempt Adam in the Garden of Eden......................

Need some advice
by superman inmy story is that i am faded (not df'd, da'd, or even reproofed, just slowly stopped going and gave up privileges and responsibilities).
a good jw friend of mine is getting married in the kh and asked me to be his best man.
i'm curious as to what the rule is about getting married in the kh and who you can have standing up in your wedding?
