Pet peeve-itis. Do you have it?

here's a few of mine:.
1) being invited to a baby shower or bridal shower for someone whom i have never met, just so i will bring them a gift.

1) Being invited to a baby shower or bridal shower for someone whom I have never met, just so I will bring them a gift.
2) When people call on the phone and fail to identify themselves before rambling on. They just say 'Hey. What'cha doing?' Could you give me a clue who the hell you are before I tell you what I'm doing? Ugh.
3) When someone comes up from behind me and puts their hands over my eyes and makes me guess who they are. I HATE that.

But, I also can't stand when someone I haven't spoken to in a while calls me and won't identify him or herself. They just keep saying, "Guess". My guess is that is someone I don't want to talk to...CLICK!
That's another pet peeve of mine (I think I have pet peeve-itis). I hate when people call and just say "Hi" and start talking. Like they're the only person who could ever possibly be calling me so there's no reason to think I might not know who the hell it is on the phone!
When I call people (with the exception of my parents), I ALWAYS say "Hi, it's exwitless..." (no I don't say 'exwitless' really-I say my real name!) I don't even begin to talk to the person until I have properly identified myself.

How The Organization Hooks You With "Privileges"
by minimus inright from the beginning, you are bombarded with others telling you what a "privilege" it is to "be used" in the organization.
especially if you're a male, it is easy to get hooked by the elder's lines.....for example, a male is given the "privilege" of "handling the microphones" if they put in enough time in the ministry and they aren't setting a bad example.
if you're "faithful in what is least", greater privileges await you.
