geesh...sammieswife.. meyer levin died in 1981. levin rewrote the various post-war treatments of the anne frank diary with an eye toward a broadway production, but otto decided to cut him out, refusing to honor his contract or pay him for his work.
meyer levin sued otto frank for his writings, and the new york supreme court awarded meyer levin $50,000, for his 'intellectual work'.. in 1980, otto sued two germans, ernst romer and edgar geiss, for distributing literature denouncing the diary as a forgery.

The diary of Anne Frank has entered into the historical record in peoples minds. If it was fabricated, I don't think it is all that important. The story illustrates the horrors of the situation from a unique and plausible perspective that in no way exaggerates the cruelty of the Nazi extermination efforts.
These recent fabrications are giving holocaust deniers better ammo, bad enough in my opinion. -

I have to say my mom made me read it when I was young and I now looking back have my doubts it too detailed for a young girl and reads like the bible. (Going to third person when it should be first through the book like how Moses' accounts things)
I wouldn't be shocked if it was made up or for the matter embellished a lot.

WSJ - Front Page - Predict End of USA by 2010 - Garbage...
by Confucious ini was very surprised that the wall street journal would publish this crap worthy of infowars.com.
and i was even more surprised they put it on the front page.. but it's in today's wsj - dec. 29 edition.. it's a story about a russian professor that is predicting the end of the usa by the year 2010.. he points to the fact that states will withhold support to the federal government.. they went so far as to make little diagrams on what states would go to canada and what to russia.. this one is easy though - say what you want to say - but 2010 is only a year away - and nothing is going to happen to the usa.. i'm not a flag waving redneck either - but the infrastructure of the us is too strong - too advanced.. con.

The only states I see attempting to leave the US any time soon are the same damn states that did it last time, Shy a few Yankeeised states this time. You know states like Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas. Texas though hasn't gone Yankee it won't join the other southern states because it has it's own national interest. Alaska might join in on leaving, but it will not join the rest for much the same reason as Texas.

New DPA and Medical Directive for Witnesses that have moved on...
by Ultimate Reality inin order express my current wishes i am preparing a new dpa and medical directive to replace what i have signed from the organization in the past.
however, if family have an issue with my stand should i be incapacitated, i am including a preamble with the dpa so that the reasons for my wishes are clear.
i welcome comments, adjustments, or ideas.

Why I suspect most people do not really believe in god

Traditionally, the japs and Chinese have been enemies. The japs go right wing fascist, the Chinese left wing communist. The enmity has cooled down, thanks to capitalism, it seems.
Japan has been increasing it's military spending do to recent China's military spending thanks to it's capitalist prosperity. Though the Japanese government have been using the guise of North Korea is the reason for the build up. It does beg the question why do you need such a large self defence force to defend against a few missiles from a lagging third world country. Seeing as Japan has no intentions of reoccupying Korea if they do launch missles at Japan.
