Evidence for Evolution?

all historical and archeological evidence aside, the biggest evidence that convinced me evolution is factual is speciation (also called "micro-evolution").

this is the transformation of one species into two such that the two can no longer interbreed.

there is no need for historical evidence to prove this -- cases of speciation have actually been observed.

whenever i read these evolution/creation arguments, i always wonder if the hardfast evolutionists think they are going to prove their beliefs to a creationist. i suppose in a perfect world everyone would respect everyone elses beliefs, different or not, instead of attempting to make their opponents sound like idiots in an attempt to be "right", but thats cliche, and everyone knows this world is far from perfect.. i guess when all else fails, they can fall back on such hard and fast arguments like "there was no flood.....deal with it"......lol.

no, yadirf believes satan created that particular star, even though nowhere in the bible is satan said to have the ability to create anything.

im a huge cowboy fan but i dont think they will make it to the super bowl, damn sure would love to be wrong.

lol....hey, id wear that stuff for a few games anyhow...ive already been a packer fan once this year (new england), and ill root for them against the bills and jets too.

my statement has nothing to do with trying to kick someone while theyre down. if joel wants people to talk to, he knows he has them here.........i was simply replying to elsewheres statement that basically made it sound like we should feel sorry for anyone and everyone whos ever committed suicide. now, while those people surely have had problems, and many pity-worthy problems no doubt, suicide is not the answer for anyone (again, excluding terminal illness), and it is the easy way out....quitting. i have no pity for someone who puts everyone whos ever loved them through immense pain and suffering simply because they dont want to deal with lifes problems anymore. this isnt about the problems behind the decision, its about the decision....big difference.

If we get that, we are going to the Bowl......Deal with it.......

if you look back over my posts, youll see that ive already said as much. if the packers get home field throughout theyll be pretty tough to stop in the playoffs......home field in that weather is a HUGE advantage over any team, i dont care who it is.

what i am saying though, is that getting home field advantage wont be any great accomplishment for the pack this year, if they do. combined record of the packers division opponents: 8-22. if they dont get home field advantage with that schedule, this season will be one of the biggest letdowns in packer history. the nfc flat out stinks this year as a whole. the giants are 2 games out of the nfc lead for crying out loud....and whos one game out? atlanta? with star recievers jefferson and finneran? what a joke.

ah, but when i talked about the reasons miami didnt play well in green bay i was asked if i wanted cheese with my whine......if i remember correctly. doesnt work both ways, eh? i guess this statement of mine was a bit prophetic:

vikings fans? is there such a thing? and if so, would they dare show their faces this year? personally, i dont think beating the packers is anything to brag about anyhow. as ive already mentinoned the packers are playing in by far the worst division in football......they do have an 8-2 record....but how good is that record, really? lets check......theyve beaten only two teams with a winning record (both at home of course, and one in overtime), and the combined record of the 8 teams theyve beaten? 32-47. wow, impressive.

thanks for the info....i guess as it turns out theyre not that great after all. 2-7 going into the weekend, and espn calls them "the worst vikings team in decades". apparently theyve been the laughing stock of the league this year (who knew?), and certainly not the type of team that a "super-bowl contender" gets pounded by. by doing some research though, ive discovered the one thing the vikings have going for them: theyre playing in by far the worst division in football. i think they won a division game on sunday though, didnt they? i cant remember who they played, hmmmm.
