just a few loose ends and random thoughts for a select group of readers who have not been completely defrauded of your faith.. on the topic of stumbling: stumbling typically involves the mistakes of others whether real or perceived.
the reason jehovah does not consider any stumbling block as a valid reason for abandoning ones faith is because a persons faith should be in jehovah and christ in the first place.
and since god most assuredly did not let his worshipper down, what a fellow believer does or does not do should have no bearing upon our personal relationship with our heavenly father.

You have got to be kidding?
nope, completely serious. the "as usual" part goes back to our discussion of finance in which you claimed oversold levels are imaginary. if you remember, i systematically dismantled those posts of yours as well, making it plain to all. if you need a refresher, please re-read that entire thread. but i digress, as we should stick to the topic of your latest ravings.
Not so quick. Expain to me exactly how this affects me?
its quite simple really, i would imagine youd have the intelligence level to grasp the idea, but perhaps ive given you too much credit. you see, when you claim to be "one of jehovahs witnesses", and jehovahs witnesses are proven to be a hypocratic organization on numerous occasions, you now publicly support an extremely hypocratic org. get it? your argument against this fact is once again paper thin. its like one of the nazis saying, "i follow hitler, but his actions dont affect me, and i dont agree with all of them." lol, preposterous.
You give evidence that you simply don't know God.
i have not claimed to have a relationship with god, and im not sure why my relationship with god or lack thereof bares any importance to this particular topic. as a matter of fact, im quite sure it bares no importance whatsoever to our discussion.
I fielded your question. I showed why it was baited and then I answered it. It may well be that you simply lack the intelligence to grasp that fact.
actually you didnt answer it at all, you merely circumvented it in your usual style, changing the subject and disregarding the actual question. ill quote myself again here, and give you another chance to answer:
" .....why would god ever have the need to supply his one true outlet/organization with completely FALSE information, and give them completely OPPPOSITE insight on SPECIFIC doctrinal roots from one decade to the next?"
now after some talk of the nazis and romans failing to "break" jws, you continued your "answer" by going off on a whole new tangent, in classic yk fashion:
The thing faithless ones overlook is that the Watchtower has taught us quite a bit about the truth. You wouldn't even have a clue about which end of your Bible was up if it had not been for your association with Jehovah's Witnesses........
um, thats great yk, thank you for reminding me how much the wtbts taught me about my bible, but once again, this has nothing to do with the question i asked. jws are better than anyone ive ever dealt with at using smokescreen answers, changing the subject, and talking in circles. i expect it of you. how did this answer the question of WHY god would send false prophesies through his holy spirit to his people?
I hate to say it, but I am fairly convinced that you are stupid and lack the ability to recognize when you have been shown to be so, and it seems to be your pattern to make up for you glaring lack by arrogant bluster pronouncing by yourself the winner on nearly every post. Its pathetic really. / You Know
hmmm, sounds like someone i know. arent you the one who ends nearly all his posts with some kind of arrogant LOL, or perhaps a cutdown of the poster youre responding to, maybe a quick slam on someone? even your last post to me shows this. every time your back is against the wall, you resort to labeling your dicreditors "stupid", or labeling their points as "bluster". if i had a dollar for every person you insulted, or every post you labeled "bluster", i would truly be retired by now. now that is a pathetic pattern.

you have, as usual, left your post open for an easy dismantling.
For example, why should I care if the Watchtower is an NGO?
i guess that depends on whether or not you want to be known as being part of a hypocratic organization, doesnt it?
What hypocrisy
exactly
So your baited challenge has no validity.
i love how every time a question is posed that you cannot field, it suddendly gets labeled "baited". my question was not baited, it was simply extremely valid, and you dodged it as usual.
There is in fact NOTHING that you can throw at me that I cannot answer with either God's word or my faith.
i just proved that statement wrong. i threw a question at you that you cannot answer without putting your foot in your mouth. you cannot answer it, and you get around that fact by saying that you will not answer it, due to its lack of "validity".
What a joke.
i agree. LOL

when god created adam and eve did he foreknow that they would sin?.
this is taken from the reasoning book:.
when god created adam, did he know that adam would sin?.
yerusalyim-
correct me if im wrong, but your posts seem to contradict each other. ill quote:
Without the ability to choose, to sin, then neither can we love.
1 John 3:1 tells us that when we see Christ (in heaven) that we will become LIKE HIM and He is LIKE GOD who is incapable of sinning
if jesus is incapable of sinning, does this mean he is incapable of love for his father?

Another problem seems to be human naivety; that is: the unrealistic assumption that if an organization claims to be God’s people then they must be perfect or nearly so.
ah, the famous fallback for all jws when presented with obvious contradictions within the religion; when presented with fallicies in prophesy; when presented with doctrine changes, etc.........the fallback is ALWAYS that no human is perfect, and no human organization is perfect, so even if they are gods people, they will not or cannot be perfect. this argument is so paper thin its sickening.
no one is saying "if this is gods organization, it should be PERFECT". i havent heard one "apostate" or non-believer say anything even remotely close to this. yk, you continue to show your foolishness.
what we will ask is this: if gods holy spirit works directly through the fds, and the teachings/writings of the wtbts are "inspired" in this way, why would god ever have the need to supply his one true outlet/organization with completely FALSE information, and give them completely OPPPOSITE insight on SPECIFIC doctrinal roots from one decade to the next? if it truly is gods organization, and he truly leads his people through this organization, he would not directly lie to them through it. doesnt the bible say somewhere that "god cannot lie"? so why would he supply his fds with false prophesy, time and time again?

several posters have asked what i thought of the.
revelations about the wt being associated with the un.
as an ngo so i thought i might make a brief comment on.
Yes. He was single handedly responsible for the entire Y2K phenomenon.
number one: i was alluding to the fact that many people on the earth believe in these ridiculous notions, (like y2k being the end), not just you, so there will always be "reliable" sources that you can quote to back up your ravings.
number two: is this the only thing you can come back with after being completely discredited ONCE AGAIN? LOL.

a quick follow up to that idea: was yk the only person that thought y2k was going to create widespread chaos?

I have made it my aim over the last 10 years or so to find reliable sources of alternative views.
ah yes, "reliable sources of alternative views".
what you really do yk, is make it a point to find the very few people on this earth whos views actually back up your absurd ravings.
it takes all kinds in this world, and there will ALWAYS be those that believe in ridiculous notions; therefore yk will always be able to find others that hold his own gloom and doom predictions. david koresh had followers too.

yawn. after 4 pages thats the first word that comes to mind.
The thing I would caution our enemies about is gloating over us when we finally go down.
would you also caution people about gloating on november 1st that you lost your own wager? caution or not, ill be gloating.....you make it hard not to with your ridiculous ravings.

there have been several threads recently where individuals have spoken out against the united states for their actions against afghanistan.
there are some people on this forum who continue to express the belief that bin laden has not had a fair trial up to this point, and these same people have insinuated that perhaps the u.s. doesnt have enough proof against him and his network to take forceful military action.
