A lot of people here are free of the borg. Some are still trapped in because of family. Some are still questioning their beliefs and some are lurking like you once did. You must have learned as an elder to consider you're audience. I am sure you'll be fine on this board. That's all the love bombing you're going to get on this forum. I just stay here to learn whats new with the borg.

Personal reflections

i don't post here often,but as the new year just started and my birthday is tomorrow, i am feeling extra reflective.
it has been several years since i was willingly disfellowshipped, and i say willingly because when the judicial committee asked me my thoughts on the organization i told them i thought it was not a god directed organization.

Will the GB use the on going conflict with Muslim extremists as a sign of the end being near?
by adjusted knowledge ini haven't read over much of the recent articles in the last decade from the wt.
i wonder if they will mention muslim extremists and use that fear as a control mechanism on their members.
i have a feeling they will resist mentioning islam specifically.

The WTS is conspicuously quiet regarding Islam, at least in print.
Just wait till the GB is securely ensconced in their underground bunkers at the new world headquarters, they might then criticize Islam in their literature and let the rank and file deal with the fallout.

Experience in a talk
by Da.Furious inlast week we had an elder giving a talk, cant remember the title.. the thing that was of interest is the experience he gave:.
"a brother who was working in a hospital had to leave his job which was paying him good money because the nurses wanted to sleep with him and they kept putting notes for him on his desk!".
this is not the first time i hear similar experience.

The only time I was ever propositioned at work was when I was eating lunch and a young woman a prostitute came up to my vehicle and propositioned me. I rolled the window up she moved on put her thumb out and an eighteen wheeler picked her up. He honked his horn incessantly.
