Geez, what a moron! He absolutely does not know what he is talking about. An elder in his congregation might be a pedophile and this guy would never know it. He says that you can identify a JW by his dress and conduct, his job and family. That's true to a certain extent, but it is also true that all those things could just be an act. A person in the congregation up to no good would try to blend in as much as possible to avoid detection. Of course, this dummy would not know the difference anyway.
