  How about some embarrassing 80's pics?

  let's post some of our 80's pic, or even further back if you want to.

  it would really be fun to see some of you in your finest witness attire, bookbag and all.

  baptism pics would be a blast to see.. wild turkey had this idea ,but he already started two threads.

  Okay, I want to play too. I don't have any 80's pictures, but I have an early 90's picture. I'm fat because I had not lost the baby weight and I have way too much hair. Sometimes I even tease it! Yuk.

  God, Valis, I am so sorry. I just came back to this thread and realized that I didn't answer your questions:

  Self-Possessed: composed in mind or manner - you have beliefs and ideas and you do not waiver in those beliefs. This is an admirable quality but it can be interpreted as arrogance.

  Also if I directed someone to this site, I would probably not warn them what to expect. I would just assume that everything would be okay. Now, though, I feel differently and I would probably warn the person.

  Sorry I forgot to answer your questions originally.

  Did I miss anything. If I did please let me know.

  What kind of Apostate are YOU?

  that's right, what class of apostate do you fit into?

  personally, i'm of the faithless (i'm close to being an athiest) and indiscreet (no explanation needed) class.. are you of the enviable smurf apostate class?

  or perhaps even the haunted second-hand furniture apostate class?

  I am of the formerly closet apostate class, but since I have been recently outed after being recognized by someone lurking on this board, I am now of the waiting for the inevitable invitation to a judicial committee class!

  just curious as to who is single and who is not on this board.i have been with my boyfriend going on 3 years now.

  we just moved in together in feb.for the most part we get along great but he has some weird habits.he also thinks i spend too much time on this site(which i do...but heck i finally belong!!

  )so its hard to relate to him on the subject.he thinks i should just forget about it.sometimes i think i might be better off with someone who has more or less been where i have.

  My husband passed away last year and so I am a widow.

  That words sounds so strange applied to me, but that's just what I am. A young widow, though.

  I know its hard to relate to someone who has not had out experiences, but it is not impossible. It entails a lot of work though.
