You need to examine Isaiah 7:14 again and compare it with Isaiah 8;3.. Matthew would have written in Hebrew. He was a Tax collector for Herod.

Why do you associate the fact that JW's are correct about the Trinity being Babylonian with other Christian things? I escaped not only the Watchtower, but all of Christianity when I left. I decided to start worshiping the Father in spirit and truth as Messiah teaches. Imitating GOD as Paul and Messiah teach. I see no need to start "changing" things from the way they were taught by Messiah Yahshua. He is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. He taught on the Sabbath, and kept it. That's my point. Christians observe the sun-god day. The early Church fathers are the earliest signs of the falling away that Paul and Peter spoke of. The fact that the Anti-Messiah is he or she that doesn't claim Messiah is a flesh and blood human being shows all the different anti-Messiahs we have today. Witnesses claim he is an angel, or was, and becomes one again, Christians believe that he is God or was or will be again, but true Messianics KNOW that Messiah is David's son. A human from the seed of Abraham. A human King who will inherit the throne of his father David. Messiah is a man (1 Timothy 2:5, Luke 24:37-42) and doesn't change. He is the same today as he was on earth. A human man who can be tempted just as we are. He was tempted just like us. He is simply in another dimension until the Kingdom is established and returns. The Kingdom comes when we SEE HIM with our eyes too. Not that invisible parousia stuff.

Well, there's viagra. Then, there's also Daytona Beach and Ridgewood Avenue in case your wife gets tired of the stiff rope. Go down Beach BLVD, and ask for Brandy. If it's before 6:00 PM ask for Trish. Tell her Bruce sent ya.

Why the contradiction?
by JH injw's say that everything about us is in our blood and we are unique, and no one else's blood is exactly like ours.
so, they stress how unique we all are.
no one has the same dna as us.

As long as my weed is my weed I am happy. If you start saying my weed looks like your weed, be prepared to get hit over the head with a bottle.

Paul Did Not Write Hebrews
by Butters infor those of us who still read the bible, and believe it, it should be noted that paul did not write hebrews.
there is a clear statement in the bible that proves this rather easily.... hebrews 2:3 how shall we escape, if we neglect so great a salvation?
which having at the first been spoken through the lord, was confirmed unto us by them that heard;.

I would not trust the Church fathers. That's one point. Trust the Torah. They don't. Love Yahweh's Sabbaths. They don't. Trust the good health habits of the food laws like Paul does. They don't. Eat clean fish, not swine. The bible teaches us proper meals. Trinity and other falsehoods, virgin birth, mary worship all that pagan stuff. Bad. Good Jewish roots. Truth.

Are we no different than JWs when it comes to expectations?
by undercover ini find it interesting that a lot of people who came out of the jw experience still have expectations of "big" things to come.. as ex-jws, we can quote wt publications and list references showing all the instances where the "end" has been predicted and we list all the failures of their predictions and hopes.. a lot of us use those failed expectations as a basis for no longer accepting the wts as god's organization on earth.. yet, a lot of people leave the jws, then become infatuated with the notion that the "end" of the wts or jws is imminent.. threads pop up from time to time about "how long can the wts last?
" or "what big changes are about to happen?
" etc.. when i read some of these, i'm reminded of jws and how they use the "evidence" of earthquakes, famine, disease and wars and reports of wars as "evidence" for the "end" being so close.. have we traded on "end times" belief for another?

Now I am listening to something a little more tasteful and happily destructive....
"Take a look to the sky just before you die, it's the last time you will!!!!!!" ...."Hear's the silence so loudddd!"
