In Hope of Helping a Dub become Ex-Dub

when you take the opportunity to help a dub and show them flaws in the religion - hoping that maybe you can free them, what is your motive?.

i find that although my main motive (i think) is to free them for their sake, the thought of having an ex-jw i can talk to and would understand me that way, would help a lot..... do you do it for those two reasons alone?

i do it for the main reason but the second often crosses my mind..

I have found that a good strong drug addiction will do the trick nicely. Perhaps dropping a hit of acid in their juice before Saturday field service can help. I could imagine the headlines. Make sure they have all the beatles albums in their CD player or MP3 player when they get home from the hospital.

Seriously... There is obviously no sure fired way for anyone to convince anyone else of anything, unless you are the BORG and you trap people with word games and head games...

have you noticed that the wts in their publications literally interpret this schripture, isaiah 11:6-9 .

6 and the wolf will actually reside for a while with the male lamb, and with the kid the leopard itself will lie down, and the calf and the maned young lion and the well-fed animal all together; and a mere little boy will be leader over them.

7 and the cow and the bear themselves will feed; together their young ones will lie down.

growing up i was always told, (like most of you) that evolution was crap.

my dads friend was visiting (who is an elder) and was talking to my dad (who is still a dub) about how the universe could have fit in the palm of his hand at one point in time.

this elder was talking about the big bang theory and how god put it in place.

AT this time, I would like to interject my own personal commentary:

1. Human beings do not pre-exist.

2. Yeshua the Messiah is a human being.

3. Yeshua the Messiah is the son of Yoseph and Miriyam.

4. Yeshua sucked breast milk from his mother, was taught Torah, burped, and made tables and other wood furnishings as the carpenter he grew up to be.

5. Angels do not fornicate with women or enter people's bodies. The accounts in Genesis 6 are not talking about angels. Genesis 6:5-7 makes it abundantly clear that Yahweh is angry at mankind, not his angels. If angels did have relations with women, then Messiah's birth would be a violation of something God hates anyway.

6. Angels do not die. (Luke 20:36)

7. Angels do not marry, not are given in marriage. (Matthew 22:30). Messiah has a bride (Revelation 21:9)

8. Quite clearly, Revelation 6:1,2 proves that Messiah is the one opening a seal, not the one riding the horse. The false Messiah, who fights and kills with the other 4 horsemen of the apocolypse is not the same guy opening the seal.

9. Michael had a dispute with the Satan (the Jews in Moses' day) over the "body of Moses" in Jude 1:9. Michael DARED NOT to bring a judgement against the people at that time, but said "May YHWH rebuke you"... If Michael were Messiah, he could rebuke the Satan here in question. He didnt'. As we know, Messiah rebuked MANY satans in his day...

10. The Watchtower bible and tract society is a bullshit organization that cannot understand bible texts in their authentic meaning. They must twist and wrest the scriptures to their own destruction. This is most unfortuneate that we cannot do what we can to save 6 or 7 million people who won't be around with the billions of others who make it to happy hell....

What is not sane about this thought process is that you are suggesting that people's minds be influenced by 2nd century thought instead of the opposing 1st century thought that has no trinity or any other philosophy not taught by the canon of the bible.

If you don't mind though, could you please address Revelation 1:1 for me? Why did God need a revelation from God? And did the other 3rd God need a revelation from God also? How many parts of God needed a revelation from themselves? Rather schizophrenic if you ask me. The real fact of the matter is that Jesus is just a human and nothing more then the very best human to ever live according to the BIBLE... The 2nd century from the 1st is like comparing the 19th to the 20th. Cell phones werent' around in the 19th century. The trinity wasn't around in the 1st, but became an idea of man in the 2nd sometime during that 100 year period... It's definitely not what the bible teaches though, and that is all I need to know.

Your link lacks tact. It is bias towards false philosophies and doctrines of man.

the watchtower teaches that the united nations and governments will turn on the witnesses after first destroying religion.. this is what they say in their booklet conspiracy against democracy, 1940, written by rutherford, page 48:.

"the leaders and rulers of this world, religions, political, commercial and their allies all unite in their opposition and persicution of those who bear testamony to the name of jehovah and his king.

when jehovah's witnesses make know publicly that it is the purpose of god, in the near future, at the battle of armageddon, to destroy all opposers of his kingdom, that message greatly disturbs and angers the dictators and their religious allies.

When the United Arab Emirates become officially the 10 king kingdom and fulfill their role as the Assyrian in prophecy, then the great tribulation will begin. Right now they are only a 7 king entity. But these sheeks that are in power over there now have the ability for global dominance, and to rebuild a physical Babylon again. People don't realize where the anti-Messiah will come from. It is not European and it is not America. It's an Arab nation. Everything in the bible has always played out over there from a literal Babylon. Nebuchadnezzar, Alexander, etc, all had a literal government in Babylon. There is no reason to believe otherwise today...

The true Harmagedon is over there too. That river is ironically becoming a fertile valley again too as we speak.

IT will be interesting to see how this pans out. May the Holy Ruach Kodesh guide us all.
