  Minimus, In my own case it was the lack of freedom and also seeing the emotional harm done to those who couldn't keep up with the schedule due to health reasons.

  Then finding out about the lying etc gave me the push I needed to get out.

  One brother and sister at bethel always says they are alll mostly fake at bethel. But they still soldier on - I wonder what would give them the push to leave?

  my market research~danny haszard the internet is like the telephone if you don't have it you will.when i first sat down at a pc in late 1999 and googled jehovah witness i was astonished at the search results.

  now december 2006 a comparison of the negative pages of jehovah's witnesses with other groups.

  when you load the search bar yourselves also view their respective news and images http://www.google.com/search?num=50&hl=en&lr=&newwindow=1&safe=off&q=jehovah+witness&btng=searchresults 1 - 50 of about 1,140,000 for jehovahwitness.

  do you have a favourite place in the world...if so where is it, why and do you have photos?.

  mine has to be nisyros (a very small greek island near kos); i last visited there some years ago and ever since i was captivated by its beauty and tranquility.

  in short its a volcanic island but unspoiled by tourism; the people are amazing and so down to earth.. take a look.

  i called a kh this morning a little past 9 am and talked to a sister.

  i told her i had moved into town and had studied a few years ago, but they wouldn't let me get baptised because i didn't accept the wt teachings about blood transfusions.

  she was all excited, because they had a meeting about blood just this past week about that and she could answer my questions.

  i've done it again!i've sent the wrong text on my phone to totally the wrong person - only this time it was about my sis in law - and i sent it to her by mistakelol!

  shes shuning me in public and for the fourth day my sons been really upset cos he wants to play with his cousin after school(hes in the same class), so i get upset and texted my hubby to ask her whats going on cos i'm fed up with it all and its not fair on the boys etc and can they play together ornot cos i need to know what to tell my son etc, and who do i send it to but her!oops hasnt replied either so i think i may have done it now!

  does anyone else do this or am i the only dippy one when it comes to phone messaging?

  your topic reminds mo of the time a young couple were gossiping about how unloving our congregation was and how the PO hadn't even said hello (they'd recently joined). Only they didn't realize their cell phone had accidently rung the PO and he overheard their entire conversation. He never let on though
