Too right doesn't matter if you've been in the truth for 40 years and pioneered for 30. If you're not pioneering now your out.
But a spotty teenager who's just started pioneering, they're in.
what is the point of a 'favoured few' being invited to assembly halls to hear a recording of the agm on sunday.. why couldn't they just play the recording at the kh for all to hear.. or are not the 'others' worth??

a friend told me something recently that i thought was a bit strange.. aprrarently at a recent circuit assembly it was sai:.
"we have an announcement from the 'teaching commitee'; you don't have to stay in your seats during the baptism".
two strange points actually the reference to the "teaching commitee" and the change of "policy" in not having to sit and watch the baptisms.. any thoughts?.

the publisher refuses to put his signature on the piece of paper.
will they still accept him/her as such?.
also, the very first publisher recordtm card autographed seems to be retained indefinitely.
You don't have to sign the card. If you do so you are giving permission for information about you to be stored and shared. Primarily your "field service report" but also any other information the elders in your congregation deem relevant.
day or the hour of the end?.
knowing the exact day or hour when the.
5. how may not knowing the day or the hour.
Am I the only one of thinks it would be a blessing to KNOW the end date.
If one truly loves Jehovah they wouldn't "slacken off" if the date was yet distant they would continue to serve him "out of love"; besides any day could be your last.
One comment often given is that if the date was known people would do what they want until the time was close and then suddenly "repent". Do they really believe that Jehovah wouldn't see through that?
If one truly loves Jehovah and they new for a fact the end date was coming in the next couple of months would that not spur them on to make an even greater effort to preach.

Why do they have to make up 5 reasons to "prove" that it is a blessing not knowing the end date?
Why can't they just say (admit); "We don't know why?"
this is totally unrelated to anything jw, but it's the only group i'm in online with such a mix of men and women, so i'm asking.
what's your experience with hand shaking?.
me, when i meet someone for the first time, i offer to shake their hand.
I once visited an English-Speaking congregation in a foreign land and as a matter of course most, if not all, went round shaking EVERYBODY'S hand on arriving.
a controversial subject that hasn't been talked about here for 10 years (or so it seems on my quick search).. .
i think it's wrong to spay or neuter.
i bet most of you will disagree.. my vet just called me an irresponsible owner for refusing to have my cat spayed..
The tone of many comments show you all up for what you really are.

Ok, I'll make another comment.
People don't keep cats. Cats stay because it's advantageous for them to do so.
They will soon leave if they feel like it and other than making it a prisoner in your home you'd have no say in the matter.
Why do people get so emotional about cats being killed. They are animals. Those same people would quite happily kill a mouse and not be bothered if "their" cat kills one.
I love all animals, you can't have one rule for "pets" and another for all the others. Or should we go round fixing all the rabbits, or take them into our homes lest they be eaten by another animal, or God forbid a human.
