  So what do we call this? It's not "new light/old light" or "flip-flopping".
  (If I remember correctly, there has been some flip-flopping on whether or not the Sodom and Gomorra people will be resurrected or not, right?)

  To be honest, I don't think that I have prayed to God since I left the cong.
  Before I left, I would only pray before meals (but in the end I often forgot to do that as well), and sometimes before sleep.
  
  And they were always routine prayers (thanks for the food, looking forward to the paradise, blabla) with almost no feelings attached.
  I was never good at these things.

  Gesturing

  after you quit, do any of you still have problems with excessive gesturing (the ministry school type).

  when i was a kid, getting a "w" made me feel like a failure.

  i was always getting a "w" for gesturing, so since i wanted to be "perfect", i decided to incorporate gestures into my everyday speaking.

  I'm always gesturing when talking. And I always have been. It sometimes get out of hand, so to speak. I have even elbowed my husband in his belly while gesturing... But they are natural, spontaneous gestures.
  
  
  But during ministry school talks, my gestures usually got stiff and feigned. Though I usually survived and got away with some waving, and never got a "W" (or "A" as it is called here).
  
  
  I remember that you could almost always tell when listening to, and watching, the speakers (at least the sisters - the brothers usually got more public talk experience). I often whispered to the person sitting next to me:
  I think sister "Waving" are working on the gestures to day... :-)

  seems to be backfiring but smiles from some onlookers....makes u wonder how it would look though if there was and orderly protest of 1000's of ex jws outnumbering those in attendance...now that wouldnt play out that well for the wtbts..

  My favourite is from Judges 3:21-22
  
  21 Then E´hud thrust in his left hand and took the sword off his right thigh and plunged it into his belly.
  
  22 And the handle kept going in also after the blade so that the fat closed in over the blade, for he did not draw the sword out of his belly, and the fecal matter began to come out.
