While the scripture does say "do not go from house to house", I believe that is reffering to an employee/employer relationship. If you were working for a person in one house, you would stay there with them, eating what they provide, until the work is completed. Once that is accomplished then you could move to another place. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm quite sure that this is what it is talking about.

Where does it say "do not go from house to house"? If I would have known this, it would have changed everything.

Stinky, are you crazy? Those frikken things piss me off more than anything else I know of!

I usually listen to something hard when I'm in a good mood... Metallica usually works. For a bad mood I will listen to some country... maybe some Kenny Chesney or something along those lines.

so just for grins i thought that i would try to take a peek at jwzone and pln (pure language network, it took the place of greatcrowd.net), two dub forums.

i thought i would a friendly ambassador from jwd.

well since i went directly from this site to jwzone and applied, i recieved this nice little e-mail from their admin: from: "daniel glick" <dg371@***.

Is apostate an appropriate term for us?

how do you feel?do you like to be called apostate ?.

apostate just means: someone who renounces a former belief or principle.. to people who have never been witnesses it may not symbolise much.but to witnesses the word means a lot.in many of their minds it is synonymous with evil and perverted.. since it jw's who will likely call us apostate not others the term almost always has a bad or negative useage.. but it does identify us as people who have completely rejected the religion.. so is it good for us to use it or not?

If the vague definition of Apostate is "abandoning ones faith", then I feel that I could not be labled an apostate. You would first have to believe in something to abandon it. I knew that it was all a bunch of crap from the beginning, therefore I never really believed it, and cannot be labled as such.

Another thing that bothers me, how does Mr Glick get off calling himself DANG? Isn't that a euphamism? Damn it, I've been stumbled again. And to think that I couldn't join the forum because I came over from an "apostate" site, sheeesh!!

Not that I am all that offended, but isn't it kinda odd that they would deny you entry because you came from an "apostate" site? And isn't it slanderous to label somebody an apostate when you really have no proof? If memory serves, I think that slander is a d/f offence. Hmmmm, must be nice to have double standards.

It also is apparent that these two sites are run by the same person. A few days later, I recieved this e-mail:
