  The GB just did an official "mass" deletion of about 12,000 claiming FDS members/partakers.

  Probably, those still insisting on this rank/claim,will see a "mass" DFing.

  Fact is, they are finally telling the truth that no one is directing them, no thousands of partakers are writing them nor getting together in meetings to express God's will, They are the 'it,' They are the beginning & the last of what to believe, teach or preach.

  They are under no one's direction but remain to themselves only,,no questions allowed. They are the arrogant of totalitarians, they check with no one else. They admit unashamedly they don't even know what God wants them to do, as moving their "most holy,"nor do they even care about God's response, not partakers, not to anything they do or say.

  Anticipating 258,000 attendance from tickets given out

  I don't know what thread I should post this? But I would like clarification of what's up on Oct. 3, something about a default about "Appellant" on appeal request: ??? did the WTS not process this action correctly,,did their attorney not action this correctly?? Deliberate or ignorant?

  Shunning

  wts shunning my venting #3. on my rough estimate there may be 50 wts victims of enforced shunning for every one wts child abuse victim.

  (it is recognized that greater trauma is inflicted on abuse victims.

  ) with such a large pool of shunned dubs, a number must have suffered such bad experiences as to warrant conti-like cases against the wts.

  There have been a couple of tv series recently about the Amish shunning their youth if they leave their religion. Many say 'how terrible' but no one if moved to try to change it. Most (80%+) of their youth that go 'party' for awhile come back to the religion and family. Some ex-Amish help some of them for awhile.

  "The Lost Boys" and girls of the FLDS groups get media recognition from time to time when running away and getting shunned from their closed communes. Some Mormon groups take care of some of them.

  But then there are thousands/tens of thousands of disfunctional homes in U.S. and kids running away from families kicking them out 'right' (?) or wrong. How can a government get into that, to define whether it is a family disfunction because of religion or any other reason. A government can't make make people love their family more than their religion.

  At least Amish and FLDS are not "recruiting" kind of religions. But JWs and Scientologist are "recruiters" so it's up to ex-members and some media sources to cause "awareness" at best.

  Gilead school is no longer for their traditional missionaries to send to new 'foreign' countries appointments but basically for their special "trouble-shooters" in existing/established congregations.

  Would be cheaper to just re-appoint, or demote existing missionaries to "special pioneers" at best. Also, as these missionaries age, the WT is getting hit with their long-term health care expenses. Fact is, they are no longer worth it to the WTS.

  My source states:

  It is only being held in NYC, there will not be a tie in with the rest of the country.

  Seems it won't bring in as much money that way. Maybe it didn't bring in enough that way last year. ???
