poor JWs,, this percent, that percent,,this color, that color,, it's overwhelming,, how can they define it all,,hopefully they just all get very "medicated" to get around it,,and adapt "don't ask, don't tell" and just leave me alone!!

33 %
by Theredeemer inso, my mother in law who is still active went out in service with the group that had the co visit and came back with some very interesting news.
first off, she knows that we are fading and is ok with it and has some doubts herself.
anyhow, she said that the co went off track during the meeting before service and mentioned how we are now allowed to receive up to 33% of blood in a transfusion.

2+2=5 cited this fact about the shrinking amount of elders. Perhaps the coming implosion?
by wha happened? inat the last elders school i heard from a few different attendees that the average age was easily 60+.
there will be a lot of elders gone within the next 10yrs.
there is nowhere near enough young brothers to replace these ageing elders.

I wonder when the decision to close the Branch happened and when the decision to do the "international" convention was made. New Zealand decreased in pubs, and baptisms for 2012 Report. How much the international convention sparks things up again will remain to be seen.
Thanks for the report. Watching the WT where ever and all over will be interesting for 2013 and 2014 for certain.

As far as the idea of it going back to pre-70s of having just a "congregation servant" won't last long anyway. Back then, they were burning out too. Part of the "1975" push was to spark people up, and it did for the short while. I thought then in the early '70s, the "new light" was just a needed measure so as to work as a 'group' instead of so much on just one.
Bottomline, the organization is just a religion to "burn out" people. It promises "short-term" in this world, but is not made to deal with 'long-term' realities for people.

Another sad non jw falling for a baptised jw girl story
by spirituk inok ,so this is my story , this jw girl came on vacation in my country as a friend of my girl-cousin who is not a jw but were classmates at uni .
my cousin introduced her to me but she didnt tell me that she was a jw from the very first moment we flirt each other.we went on beach ,on bars ,cafes etc and she acted so wordly ,in fact i thought she could be a good one night stand with her behaviour .never saw anything weird about her that could lead me to question something, with the peak in the club where we danced together while hugging very passionatly .
i tried to kiss her that night but she kept her distance , i didnt notice any bad on that.anyway, next day we flirt again at the the beach and at night too .

I think with her "split personality" between herself and jw self, it will be impossible,,all the more so with the long distance issue. You invested a trip for this 'play' on her part. Please don't invest anymore for this horrible journey.
By the way, it is not just the JW girls that play this; the JW guys are doing it too.

A couple days ago a poster stated Britain has 12,675 elders and 9,646 M.S. Britain has 1,544 (according to WW Report) so that is 8 elders and 6 M.S. per avg. cong.
Curious if U.S. is about that also?
