  how do I cover my tracks?

  long story but a couple of months ago i broke up with my boyfriend.

  i am giving him back his computer (i have my own)but used his pretty often.

  my question is how do i clean it up so that he can not get to my email addresses, favorite sites, old email etc.

  It is easy to format the drive, just remember it will NOT boot after you do that.

  You can also "Wipe" the drive. This does more than just format the drive, it over writes the entire drive so that he cannot use Norton utilities to un-format the drive or recover the deleted files. To do this use a program like Eraser 5.3 - http://www.tolvanen.com/

  If you do either of these things, Windows and everything else will have to be reinstalled. Basically, the computer will be non-bootable and useless until Windows is reinstalled (that may piss him off and he would file criminal charges).

  If you don't mind this, then do it. Otherwise, you can copy all of your files to disk or CDR and then delete them from the computer. Also, don't forget to delete the History and Cache files from your web browser (easy to do).

  I would recommend copying your files and then deleting them off his computer, leaving his computer operational. Oh, and don't forget to empty the Recycle Bin when you are done.

  i was a photo journalist in the so cal area for fifteen years.

  i have seen/photographed many things.

  however, this story takes the cake.. bizarre details of man's death revealed.

  For those who've left - any regrets?

  i left almost nine years ago at age 18; my only real regret was that i was good friends with a young brother and i never said goodbye to him, or even let him know that i was planning to leave (had to leave my parents' home secretly while they were at the meeting one sunday; they had such a hold over me that i could never have stood up to them and told them beforehand).

  i have no other regrets about leaving; i'm am now happily agnostic and so thankful that i found the strength to break free.. anyone have any similar regrets?

  witness logic is too strong to break.. why is witness logic so strong and powerful?.

  because it isn't logic at all.. daniel book ch.13 pg.292 p.11.. "the next two verses of daniel chapter 12 do even more to help us identify "the holy ones of the supreme one."...

  "the ones having insight will shine like the brightness of the expanse"..who are the ones having insight today?again the evidence points to the same holy ones of the supreme one.

  latelywhen i'm on my computer it will suddenly start making a lot of noise like files are being searched.

  this has benn happening a lot lately.

  i get no warnings of bugs or virises why else besides someone hacking into my computer would that be happening?
