IT IS RIDICULOUS the amount of money I pay on taxes EVERY WEEK!!... I by NO MEANS consider myself "rich" but according to the goverment I am.

I think the president's speech was great... and the second part of the speech (as speech of its own) on Iraq even better. But of course Bush haters and radical left liberals hate that kind of speech.
I also agree that the response from the goverment of Washington state was pretty eloquent... but with some deciet on his words and going back to the old democrat retoric.

DUH!! of course... If the 1% pay MORE TAXES of course they will benefit more... they SHOULD get more OF THEIR hard earned money back...

If taxes are payed on the gains of the corporation... why do stock holders have to pay taxes over that money again?

Yes... thanks to the administration before him that put things in motion... then he had 8 years to literally screw things up... including cuts on our military.
It takes YEARS for an economy to flourish... and when the worse administration in U.S. history (Clinton's) left the White house... it'll take some years to get it back to normal again... But I guess you'll come back and say that thanks to AL Gore's invention of the internet we were on a surplus under Clinton.

it is just stunning and amazing that the united nations weapons inspectors have uncovered evidence that proves saddam hussein is trying to develop an arsenal of nuclear weapons, and no one in the american media cares.
If you could prove conclusively that Saddam has plans to USE such weapons ON US, then you'd have a case US fighting a war with him. You can't.

The point here is... HE IS IN VIOLATION with the UN agreement to disarm... no one can argue that. We are part of the world community, a nuke or a biological or chemical attack (which he has already tried on his OWN people) can and will affect the rest of the world. PLUS... if he can develop those weapons and pass it on to terrorists (ties that are also proven beyond any doubt) then we ALREADY experienced and can conclusively state that he MIGHT directly or inderectly (through the hands of terroists) use it againt us.

Sorry I replied so late... I'm getting over all the beers... I drove to Tampa from Orlando (about 45 mins) to watch the game there...
Tampa was INSANE yesterday night... the whole city went CRAZY... I drove by the stadium right after the win and the people were going WILD... it was unbelievable !!...
